I think it's just kind of just trusting myself and, yeah, not trying to do too much.

Just, just taking my at bats and, yeah, just sticking to a game plan and, you know, a voice saying, you know, wherever, where- wherever I am in the lineup, that's where I want to be, so.

You have some real reps out there now.

What's been the most difficult part playing left field?

here so far, the sun.

we were working on it a little, little while ago.

I think, I think it was, I think it was yesterday, just working on some sun balls.

But, yeah, I would say, I would say just, just the sun and just kind of just working around that.

Just in general with the sun, how difficult was it out there?

'Cause we could see how tough the- Yeah tiny white socks are.

Yeah, it's, it's, it's no joke out there.

definitely don't think I've had to deal with that in the infield.

But, yeah, it's, it's no joke.

But, yeah, just, just working on it and, just working on getting around balls, so.

As a team that n- hasn't necessarily had a ton of breaks this season, to get two like that in big situations, what, kind of what was the, the feeling like at seeing that happen?

I mean, you could, you can kind of just feel it, feel it all kind of, kind of coming together.

I was, I was standing next to Robbie and I looked at him and I said, "You know what happens next?"

And he said, "Mm-hmm."

And then I think it was either the next pitch or the pitch after was the, the grand slam.

Tony described you as pretty, geeked up to make the switch over to left field.

Just how much have you been enjoying the, the switch to left field so far?

Yeah, it's, it's been fun.

Just, just learning a new position, getting a new glove.

It's pretty cool.

yeah, just, just learning it and, just sticking, sticking to myself and not trying to, not trying to do too much, just, just make the plays that I need to make.

How was it getting in on the, outfield celebration after the, after the game?

Yeah, I di- I didn't know what was going on, so I was just, I, you know, was just kind of there.

It does seem like you guys have a lot of fun out there.

I know you haven't been out there very long.

Yeah.

But is that a different vibe out there with the outfielders?

Yeah, I mean, it was, it was, it was pretty fun out there.

you know, you l- look over there and look at, look at Harry over there w- with his, with his pink stuff, so it looks, it looks good.

And, yeah, just making sure I pick up Shane in the, the dugout.

I just gotta keep making sure I do that.

Do you rehearse?

No, I had, I had no idea what was going on.

I was just kind of I almost forgot to even go over there.

Usually, you know, you go to the infield.

Right.

But yeah, I almost forgot to go over there.

but yeah, I made it over there for the- There's no, like, heads up, "Hey, we're, we're doing this thing after the game," or anything like that?

You just kind of winged it over there or?

Yeah.

I, I mean, I, I just kind of looked over and I was like, "Oh, I gotta go look over, go over to center field," and, you know, then the, then, then we just, we just did it.

How, what is it with Bader and his ability to come through with the bases loaded?

I don't know.

It's, it's been really fun to watch.

Yeah, as, as he would say, it's a gift.

But, yeah, he's, he's, he's, he's playing really well and, you know, it's really fun to watch and, you know, see him do his thing.

What, what was it about the, the offense today?

'Cause for so long, especially throughout April, not yourself, but, you know, the offense in general just kind of hasn't done its job, but what does it mean to do it today and- Yeah turn around like that?

I think it was, I think it was good just to kind of flush yesterday and just go and attack today.

That was the message, you know, flush it and you're, today's a new day, new opportunity.

And, you know, today we, we got things going and, you know, hopefully just, just continue to build on from that.
