Cleveland Browns Training Camp: Day 4 Recap
Touchdowns and interceptions stole the show on Day 4 of Cleveland Browns training camp.

There were touchdowns, there were interceptions, there was a kerfuffle, everything, a little bit of everything at Browns training camp on day four of practice, which was open to the public, so the fans got a nice treat in there.
We'll start with the quarterbacks per usual, and up until this point, I think it was safe to say that the quarterback who had largely run with the second team had kind of won that day of practice.
I think that flipped today, though.
I think that changed a little bit today.
Deshaun had a strong session in practice.
His seven on seven stuff in particular was pretty strong.
But when it came to the rest of practice, he threw three picks.
One of them was not his fault, for what it's worth, but he ended the day with a pick.
He threw a pick in the end zone during some of the red zone eleven on eleven stuff they were working on, and also just continued to have these ups and downs to his performance.
Meanwhile, Shedeur Sanders running with the first team again today finally found some breakthrough moments against that defense that's been so dominant during camp.
Now, granted, Carson Schwessinger did not practice today.
Denzo Ward was practicing, but only really did one full team session of eleven on elevens and then was out for the rest of the way.
But it was good to see Shedeur find some success, be able to move the football a little bit against that first team defense, despite it not being fully complete out there, and I think that was a sign of, of things trending in the right direction for him.
Dillon Gabriel was also solid.
Continued to have his solid camp.
Threw a touch-- threw two touchdowns, did throw a pick as well.
So every quarterback ended up having at least one pick today.
Shedeur threw one late on a fifty-fifty ball to Jerry Jeudy, almost threw another one in the end zone when they were working on red zone stuff.
Grant Delpit dropped it, though.
So the ups and downs continue, but listen, overall, some of the same things apply.
Defensive line is still dominant.
S- maybe starting to see some separation with the quarterbacks, with Shedeur doing what he was doing.
But Todd Monken noted before practice, first eight days of this thing are all installs, and so he's not really grading any of these guys that harshly until they get past the install portion of camp, and they really start scheming things up against their defense.
And so we'll see that start to pick up a little bit on Monday when you get full pads on and continue beyond.
