Nico Hoerner looks back at the Cubs' tight win over the rival Cardinals on Star-Spangled Sunday, where Dansby Swanson made an incredible catch to end things.

Yeah, his old, his old glove makes me a little nervous sometimes, so I saw a lot of white of that ball and, good test to see if the leather's still hanging on.
He's still got it.
Eight years and still going strong.

What was your mindset when you stepped in there?
yeah, just wanted to drive something in the air there.
He made a good pitch, but early on, nice to get runs and, Javier Assad was awesome and it was a great win for us.

You guys able to capitalize some errors, just base running there, what are you thinking when you're seeing some of the errors unfold?
Yeah, I mean, I always wanna put pressure on guys.
It speed 'em up just a little bit by making it a close play, and we got a team that plays the game pretty hard, and I think that does add up over the course of a season.
