Curbside Pickup hours are subject to change due to inclement weather. Please call ahead (309-524-2450) to see if Curbside is available or to request time to hold aside materials.

HOW WILL I REQUEST MATERIALS?

Please have your library card number ready to request materials.  Place holds on materials owned by Moline Public Library in the PrairieCat Catalog . You may also request materials by calling the library at (309) 524-2440.  

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY MATERIALS ARE READY?

You will receive automatic phone or e-mail notifications, as indicated by your preference on your account.  

HOW DO I PICK UP MY MATERIALS?

Once you have been notified that your materials are ready, pull up to  Curbside Pickup sign in front of the library. Call (309) 524-2481 to notify staff you are there. Your materials will then be brought to your vehicle. Have your library card available to show to staff at Curbside. Staff may ask you to verify your library card number. 

HOW DO I RETURN MY MATERIALS?

All returns must be made at the Drive Up Book Return, located on the east side of the building. Curbside Pickup staff will not be able to take your materials for return.

WHAT IF I NEED CURBSIDE PICKUP OUTSIDE OF POSTED HOURS?

Please give Circulation Services a call at 309-524-2450 and staff will assist you. 

RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

For requests by phone, up to 20 items may be requested per cardholder per day.    

After notification, materials must be picked up within seven days.

You must bring your library card to present at Curbside Pickup. If you are also retrieving materials for other family members, you must present their card(s) as well.

Staff administering Curbside Pickup will be unable to accept bill payments, return of materials, or donations for Friends of the Moline Public Library Foundation.
