ちょっと前に半世紀前中野区上高田の安アパートで知り合った５人との名古屋での会
合から帰ってきた。我々は各自の夢や近況を話し合った。一人が３年前の病気につい
て話してくれた。その病気になるまでは健康だったが、急に腹痛が起こり、救急車で
搬送され、多臓器不全と診断され、家族は１－２日の命と告げられた。胆石が膵管を
せき止めて膵液が溢れてしまって肝臓や腎臓や肺などを膵液で消化してしまったので
ある。息がスムーズにできなかったし尿も出なかった。このような状態では数日内に
死ぬことが多い。しかし彼は今健康で生きている。それは奇跡ですごく驚いた。一般
に多臓器不全の患者さんは助からないと思ってきた。しかし、多臓器不全でも諦めて
はいけない。なぜなら死の床から生き返った人が目の前にいるのだから。

I came home just before from Nagoya meeting of five friends who lived half
century ago in the cheap apartment at Kamitakada in Nakano. We talked about
each dreams or recently states.
One talked us about his disease in three years ago. Until the attack, he was
healthy, but he had severe abdominal pain suddenly, was brought by ambulance
and diagnosed as the failure of multi organs. His families were said his
life might be one or two. Gall stone obstructed the pancreatic duct and the
pancreatic juice flooded out from the duct and digested the many organs,
liver, kidneys, or lungs. He couldn't breathe smoothly, he couldn't make
urine. In those stage the patient might be die in several days. But he is
alive now and absolute healthy. It was miracle. We were surprised
immensely. We think usually the patient of failure of multi organs didn't
survive. But you shouldn't give up in the case of failure of multi organs,
because there is a person who recovered from deadly bed here.
