My doctor takes a holistic approach to disease.
ところで、５月７日の「rake-offs」（The corrupt police officer received rake-offs from the neighborhood's drug-dealers.）
a dishonest or illegal share in profits that is given to someone who has been involved in making the profits、

Scientists at deCode genetics in Reykjavik, Iceland, have identified a common DNA variant（変異） that represents a 60% heightened risk of prostate（前立腺） cancer in men who carry it.
The variant is about twice as common in blacks as whites, which may help explain the higher incidence of prostate cancer among black men.
More than 230,000 new cases of prostate cancer are expected this year in the US.
