　まるで日本の首相とその政権を指す謂いだ。この政権の政策はことごとく「虚仮の一念」。
　首相のめざす到達点は日本の民主的平和憲法を「改悪」することだろう。
　私は他の一般人に対してならば決して言わないが、一国の首相なのであえて言おう。この首相の根本的な意思は、戦後の歴代首相が成し遂げたくてできなかった「憲法改悪」を自分こそが成し遂げて政治家として華々しく歴史に名を記すこと・・・、私はそのように「忖度」している。この人は物事をあまり深く考えたことがないのかもしれない。彼の言葉は表層をなぞるだけで，ほとんど曖昧か意味不明だからである。少なくとも彼の政治的な言葉には、思考を重ねて来た結果としての血肉が備わっていないのだ。それは彼の内閣の各大臣も同様である。
　戦後民主主義を破壊し、憲法を改悪し、それが軍国主義的な国家への道を開き、日本を三たび戦争に巻き込む可能性を開くことだとしても、この首相にはそんな結果論などどうでもいいに違いない。自分を支持する人間たちがいま一度の軍事国家への憧れと夢を抱いて・・・（それは過去の自国の犯した疚しさを隠蔽しようとする弱い心の裏返しの愛国心にすぎないのだが）・・・徒党を組んで近づいて来ていても、権力者であることを支持してくれればそれで良いに違いない。この首相の「虚仮の一念」は、したがって民意など眼中にない。「保身」というよりもっと強烈な自己実現であると思われる。現在、首相自身が疑惑の渦中にある「事件」を見ると、たとえば賄賂を得て自らの懐を肥やすというような事件ではない。この首相にはそんな安っぽさはないのだ。

　この首相のやってきたことは憲法改悪のために着々と外堀を埋めてきたことだ。
　国民が気がついたときにはすでに手出しができないような制度を築き、三権のトップ組織を掌握することだろう。彼の内閣は幇間のようなものだ。・・・特定秘密保護法、内閣法制局憲法第九条解釈、NHK会長人事への政権介入等等。　・・・そして黒川検事長定年延長人事と検察庁法解釈変更案。
　すべてが民主主義国家としての重大な枠組みを外すものだ。

　検察庁法解釈変更案は今国会での審議撤退を政権は表明した。しかし、内容は維持したまま今後も引続き審議に掛けて行くという。
　菅官房長官は、黒川検事長の定年延長について、法律に定められている「定年は63歳の誕生日前」を破っての違法人事を「国民に周知する必要がない」と断言し、検察庁法改正は「必要、重要な法案」だと述べた（5月18日、各紙）。
　シロウト剥き出しのようなあやふや答弁を繰りかえしている森法務大臣は、19日の閣議後会見で、起訴権限をほぼ独占する検察に「民主的統制をどう及ぼすのかと、独立性をどう確保するのかというバランスの問題を国民に説明したい」と述べ、現行案のまま成立をめざす意向を表明した（5月19日、各紙）。

　私から言わせると「語るに落ちた」である。
　民主的統制をどう「及ぼすか」ということは、すなわち政権が「介入」するという事以外では考えられない。それは、政権と検察とが対抗関係にある「事件」においては、きわめて危険である。すでにして公正な司法は崩壊しているからだ。対政権のみならず、政権と極めて近い関係にある何らかの民間機関・企業・個人と検察とが対抗関係になった場合も、世論に公平感を維持することは不可能である。・・・実際、今国民の非常に多くが疑いを抱いて注視しているのは、首相と民間企業との間で国民財産を違法に融通したのではないかという事件だ。民間側がすでに有罪判決を下されているので、何故そのような国民財産の融通ができたのか、そこには首相の意向があったのではないか。慎重な捜査、しかし厳格な検察が俟たれている。・・・そこにおいての,　しかも国民の意識が新型コロナウィルス感染の脅威に向いている隙を狙ったかのように、政権お声掛かりの検事長の定年延長と国会に検察庁法の改正案の提出である。

　私は現野党には期待していない。彼らには本質を究めて問題点をえぐり出し、再構成し、反対概念に対抗できる資料を収集する能力と追求力が無い。政権に対する国会質問は、子供のように他愛無いものだ。国民への発信力に欠ける。
　では、私は何に期待しているか。目覚めている国民の個々人の鋭敏な意識と、知的な行動力である。軍国主義やファシズムに対抗するためには、「喉元過ぎれば熱さ忘れる」ではダメなのだ。

"stupid", "buffer", "being foolish and empty", or "run-
ning wildly, or "bluff".

It is as if it refers to the Japanese prime minister and
his administration. The policies of this administration
are all "false thoughts."
The goal that the prime minister is aiming is to "dete-
riorate" Japan's democratic peace constitution.
I will never say the following to other ordinary peo-
ple, but let me say that Mr. Abe is the prime minister of
this country. The prime intention of this prime minister
is to make a name for himself as a politician in history
by making himself a "constitutional amendment" that
the successive prime ministers could not do to achieve
after the war. I guess like that. This person may not
have thought too much about things. This is because
his words are almost vague or no mmeaning just by
tracing the surface. At least his political language
lacks the blood and flesh as a result of repeated
thoughts. It is the same for each minister in his cabinet.
Even if it destroy postwar democracy, corrupts the
constitution, opens the way to a militaristic state, and
opens the possibility of involving Japan in the war
three times, the Prime Minister is not interested in such
a result theory. There must be no. The people who
support themselves have a longing and dream for a
military nation once again (though it is just the patri-
otism of a weak mind that wants cover up the evil done
by their own country in the past) ... even if they are
approaching with a clique, it must be good if they sup-
port the power of him. This prime minister's "imaginary
idea" therefore has no public opinion. It seems that it is
more self-actualization than self-protection. At pres-
ent, when the Prime Minister himself sees the "inci-
dent" that is in the midst of suspicion, it is not a case
of bribery and fettening himself. This prime minister is
not cheap.

What the prime minister has done is steadily bury the
outer moat for constitutional revision.
If the public notices it, it will probably be possible to
establish a system that can not be elaborated already
and take control of the top organization of the three
powers. His cabinet is like a room of flatteries.

of Article 9 of the Cabinet Legal Affairs Bureau Consti-
tution, Government Intervention in NHK Chairman's
Personnel, etc ...
Everything is out of the critical tramework of a demo-
cratic nation.

The administration announced that the Prosecutor's
Office Law interpretation Change Proposal was to with-
draw from the delibrations in the current Diet session.
However, the content will be maintained and will con-
tinue to be discussed.
Chief Cabinet Secretary Suga asserted that it was not
necessary to inform the public about the illegal incor-
poration of the Kurokawa prosecutor's extension of
retirement age, which is beyond the legally stipulated
"retirement age is before the 63rd birthday", and the
Public Prosecutor's Law He said the amendments were
"necessary, important bills" (May18, each paper).
Minister of Justice Mori, who has been arguing ob-
scure like an outsider, said in a press conference held
after the Cabinet meeting on 19th about the prosecu-
tion who almost monopolized the prosecution authori-
ty, "How do you exert democratic control and inde-
pendence? I would like to explain to the public the
question of whether or not to secure it", and she ex-
pressed her intention to established the current pro-
posal (May 19, each paper).

From my point of view, the Minister of Justice has
spoken down.
How to "introduce" democratic control is inconceiv-
able except that the administration "intervens". It is
extreamely dangerous in "cases" where the government
and the prosecution have an opposing relationship.
This is because the justice system has already col-
lapsed. It is impossible to maintain a sense of fairness
in public opinion, not only when the prosecution goes
into opposition not only to the administration but also
to some private institutions, companies, and individuals
who are very close to the administration. ... Infact, what
is so suspiciously watched by a large number of people
now is the case of illegal exchange of national property
between the prime minister and private companies. The
private sector has already been convicted, so why was it
possible to accomodate such a national property, and
people think there was the intention of the prime mon-
ister there. A careful investigation, but strict prosecu-
tion is under way.
... At that time, and as if the public's consciousness
for a chance to threaten the spread of COVID-19 in-
fection, the Cabinet decided to extend the retirement
age of the prosecutor's chief in the line with the inten-
tion of the administration, and to make it consistent in
order to give it, the prosecutor's office law was a-
mended for deliberation in the Diet.

I do not expect the current opposition party. They
lack the ability to collect and pursue materials that are
extermely problematic, re-structured it, and counter-
conceptual. The parilamentary questions to the ad-
ministration are as ill as children. It lacks the ability to
communicate to the people.
What do I expect? It is the keen awareness and intel-
lectual action of the awakening people. For to counter
militarism and fascism, you have to do not that "Forget
the heat if you're too far from your throat."
