　「合衆国」の名のとおり多人種国家として、より優れた平等と平和の社会機構を志向する地方行政の即時対応は、すばらしい。私は日本国民ではあるが、世界人民として讃嘆した。私は、ミネアポリス議会のこの表明がきわめて実質的であることに注目する。つまり、制度として機能していない組織への税金の拠出を打ち切った、という点である。

　私がこのニュースに何を対比しながらこのブログを書いているかと言えば、他国を持ち上げるためではない。我が日本の現政権のでたらめを言わんがためだ。
　国民の金庫（血税）に怪しげな手をつっこみ乱費を繰り返す。不良悪童が親の財布に手をつっこみ盗みを繰り返すように。しかし親の財布ではなく国民の血税である。巨額である。しかも疑惑は1度や2度ではないなのだから、これはもはや国賊の域かもしれぬ。国民のために使われている金ではないようだというのが問題なのだ。不明瞭な点を、国民に目隠しする。政権が国民に対して道理にかなった説明をしない（できない）そのようなふるまいは、陰でよからぬことをやっているからだ。
　長きにわたって飼い馴らされてきた国民だが、現財務大臣が「日本は民度のレベルが違う」などと他国に吹聴するのをニヤニヤと脂（やに）下がっていては、政府の失政と乱費のツケは増税となって国民にのしかかってくるだろう。「生かさず、殺さず」に国民から搾り取るというのは、封建時代の話ではない。日本の近代以降の政権においても常習的な思想である。

The people are divided and the United States
seems to be on the verge of democratic collapse,
but I think the solid foundation of democracy when
I hear such news. Is it a sea bream if it rots? (Virtue
never grows old?) ...

United States shows, the immediate response of
local administrations that aim for better social
institutions of equality and peace is wonderful.
Although I am a Japanese citizen, I praised it as
one of the people the world. I note that this

substantive. In other words, it has cut off tax
contributions to organizations that are not func-
tioning as a system.

The reason I'm writing this blog with this news
is not to flatter other countries. I suspect that the
current Japanese government is cheating.
Put a dubious hand in the national tax safe (tax
paid for sweat) and waste. Bad guys put their hands
in their parents' wallets and steal them. But it's not
the parent's wallet, but the national tax. The amount
of money that can't be used is huge. Moreover, this
may be a bandit territory, as the suspicion is not
once or twice. The problem is that it does not seem
to be the money used to the benefit of the people.
The government hides to the people. This suggests
that an act in which the administration does not
(cannot) give a reasonable explanation to the pub-
lic is a malicious act.
Although the people have been domesticated for a
long time, but the Japanese people must not be glad
that the current Minister of Finance has declared to
other countries that " the living and cultural levels of
the Japanese people are different from other coun-
tries." When grudgingly admits, when people are silent,
the uncertainties in how the government's national
taxes are used increase, and maladministration and
spending national tax foolishly are taxable to the
public. It is common practice even in the post-modern
administration to squeeze money from the people who
are made "do not live but not kill".
