バリアフリー
9月10日のなんばパークスのイベントは楽器類持込でした。当然、カートでキーボードとスタンドを電車を乗り継いで運んだわけですが、ほとんどの駅にエレベーターやエスカレーターが標準設置されているおかげで仕事も楽になってきました。ただ、上りエスカレーターはあっても下りエスカレーターやエレベーターがない所があります。こういうところではどうするか？ カートごと荷物を持って階段を降りました。荷物は重いし、大きくて足元は見えないしで、1段ずつ足元を探るように降りなければならず、危ないです。踏み外したら一大事。足のご不自由な方にも言わせると、階段を上るより下りるほうが大変だそうです。重力任せの下りより上りのほうがきつい、とは誰でも考えるかもしれないし、スペースの問題もあるでしょうが、同じ階段の段数を上るより下りるほうが脚への負担が大きいことを、設計されている方は知っているのでしょうか。9月20日の「謎なぞ」のクイズの答えは「干支の動物」（タイガース：虎、ドラゴンズ：竜、バッファローズ：牛）でした。

塩谷哲ピアノソロコンサート2006
2006年9月21日、兵庫県立芸術文化センターぐるりと360度客席のステージ中央にピアノが1台。SALTこと塩谷哲さんは今回、曲リストだけ用意したものの「何を弾くか決めずに来た」そうです。彼の気持ちの赴くままにつれづれなるままの展開。１．Passage２．レディース・イン・メルセデス この曲はコードしかないらしい。３．Another Tale Of A Star（アルバム「トリオ」より）４．ミスター・タップマン 「もっとタップの練習をしないと」などと言いつつ、フィンガースナップを交えたり、イスやピアノを叩いて音を鳴らしたり、実に楽しげなSALTの後姿。５．（即興演奏） お祈りのようなポーズで場内大爆笑。（第2部）６．Vignette７．Lazy Uncle（小曽根真さんとのデュオで弾いたという曲）「物憂げな曲の次は熱い感じの曲を」と…８．ヒート・オブ・マインド（「トリオ」より）「楽しいな…」―リラックスしているようで実はものすごくハイテンションで集中しており、オーディエンスの「気」に突き動かされて弾いているような感じだったそうです。９．エン ハーモニー（「Hands of Guide」より）１０．Spanish Waltz（小曽根とのデュオのために書いた曲）（アンコール）「お馴染みの曲を」と「あこがれのリオデジャネイロ」「4→0→10→5」「Calm」と「Side by Side」を聴いてみたかったです。オーディエンスのエネルギーを感じる瞬間…私も早く味わえるようになりたいです。

謎なぞ
１．小学生の時、学校の壁新聞に載っていたクイズ。「意地悪なぞなぞ」らしい。「マッチが1本だけ残っています。お風呂に火をつけるかご飯を炊くか？」次号に答えが載るはずでしたが、見た覚えがありません。２．高校の数学の問題集（学校指定）に出ていた「確率」の変な問題。「飛行機のエンジンが途中で止まる確率をｐとする。飛行機が安全に運行できるのは、半数以上のエンジンが作動しているときである。4機エンジンより2機エンジンの飛行機のほうが安全となるｐの値の範囲を求めよ。」この問題集は不親切で、解答しか載っておらず、解説がないため、数学が大の苦手だった私には解き方も分かりませんでした。どなたか答えをご存知の方は？ついでに私の考案したクイズを一つ。（答えは次に「10行エッセイ」のカテゴリの記事を載せるとき）「（プロ野球）"阪神"にあって"巨人"にはない。"中日"にあって"広島"にはない。"オリックス"にあって"日本ハム"にはない。」ヒント：元々高校時代に思いつき、その後球団再編で文面も変わっています。当初は「"近鉄"にあって"西武"にはない」でした。

Does honesty pay or not?（正直者は損か得か？）
One evening, I finished dinner with fast food.I ordered a set menu of a hamburger, French fries and drink.When my order was ready, the clerk asked me which sourse I would like for fried chickens, which I hadn't ordered.At that time, I asked back if fried chickens were included, and he realized his mistake.Then, for one moment, a kind of regret flashed into my mind that I might have had fried chickens for free.Is that a dishonest idea, or was my behavior right or not?

怒りも使いよう
昨日はなぜか全くトラブル続きの一日。苛立ちで悶々とした気持ちになって、すっかり疲れて帰ってきました。しかし、先週できた曲の歌録りをその日にしないと、決めたXデーに間に合いません。もちろん、強行しました。でも、ものは考えよう。曲中で“おまえ”と呼んでいる人物にその怒りをぶつけるつもりで歌ったら、数回でナイステイクが録れたのでした。(登場人物が複数のときは、詞の中で誰を何と呼ぶか案外悩むのです)とはいえ、あまり怒りをため込むのはいけませんね。その曲ですか？アレンジは完全に10cc「I'm Not In Love」をパクっています。ライブなどでピアノ弾き語りにするにはまだ要研究。名前は…

A gigantic broccoli（巨大ブロッコリー―はるまき＠青森さんのリクエストにお答えして)
Every summer, I visit Father's home town in Akita with my family.In Father's parental home, there is a kitchen garden, and every year, they grow tomatoes, corns, cucumbers, eggplants and various kind of vegetables.This year, they planted broccolies. And...An enormous broccoli sprout- about the size of a man's head! This is three times as big as broccoli sprouts sold at stores.The taste? Unfortunately, it was stringy.(Picture taken on 15 Aug.)

おかげさまで3000アクセス突破
13日付の記事を掲載した直後、3000アクセス突破のメールが入ってきました。アクセス数の伸びは遅いほうですが、まことにありがとうございます。実はデジタルカメラがなく、メール更新機能を利用して携帯の写真を送るしか、写真を載せる方法がありません。機械音痴というわけではないのですが（一応MOUSの資格も持っている）…だから文面で勝負！ といきたいところですが果たして…見た目も内容のうちですから。ところでどなたか、プロフィールのページに載せる画像なりイラストなりを、デジカメやスキャナーなしでアップする方法を知りませんか？Thank you very much for reading.On 13th Sep., just after I renewed my weblog, it has passed 3,000 accesses.The increase of the number of access is considablly slow, I suppose.If I don't renew my weblog more than two days, the access par day is less than 10.To tell the truth, I don't have a digital camera.When I distribute articles with photos, I always send a picture by cell-phone e-mail, then edit the text.So I have to attract readers with sentences...Best regards.

米国同時多発テロ事件より5年
その日―私は音楽留学でロンドン滞在中で、帰国を2週間後に控えていました。2001年9月11日、第一報が飛び込んできたのは午後4時頃（現地）。授業が終わってクラスメート数人と生徒の溜り場のカフェに向かっていたら、学校の隣の事務所の建物から出てきた男が「ニューヨークの世界貿易センタービルに飛行機が衝突して、ビルが崩れてなくなった」カフェに急行すると、先に来ていた人々がテレビを見ていました。事故かテロか？ちゃんと新聞を見て詳細を知ったのは夜。結果として予定どおり帰国した後、アフガン空爆の計画のニュースを聞きました。何の関係もない一般市民を巻き込んだテロは許されないこと、でもアメリカがアフガン戦争を起こして一般市民を犠牲にしたら、結局このテロ集団と同レベルになるんじゃないかなあ…と、当時の日記に書いています。それから5年、｢テロとの戦い」の結果、確かにアフガニスタンやイラクでは解放された人々もいます。2004年のアテネオリンピックで一番印象的だったのが、タリバン政権下で女性のオリンピック出場が許されていなかったため、タリバン崩壊後初めてオリンピックに出場した少女アスリートでした。しかしむしろ、暴力の連鎖によるテロや数々の武力攻撃で、傷ついた人のほうが多かったのではないでしょうか。本来は人に幸せや規律を教えるはずの宗教が根となる戦争が起こるのは、実に矛盾した本末転倒そのものです。

Trajectory(軌跡）
Leafletting somewhere in Nara again.I don't have the enough feel of the place in Nara, since I'm not a sales rep.Besides, I'm bad at directions unless I have a map.So this week, I brought a copy of house map, and walked drawing lines on the street I passed, so that I can avoid walking the same place twice.You might see from the picture where I've been leafletting the real estate advertising.Physical strength is required for musicians, so this job is useful for me.However, I need to preserve strength for the event in Namba Parks on Sunday.

持込機材てんわやんわ
10日のなんばパークスでのイベント・PARKS PERFORMER LICENCEに出ることになったはいいのですが、会場に楽器設備がありません。当然、楽器は持ち込みです。大学時代に使っていたキーボードを持っていくことに決めていましたが、スタンドは昨年末から2代目の多機能エレピが占領しています。結局思い余って、昨日スタンドを購入。セールで安かった上、会員ポイントがたまっていたので、ほとんどただ同然で手に入ったのはラッキーでしたが、さて持ち帰りが大変。長さが胸の高さ位あって、キーボードより重いのです。どうしたかですって？ もちろん、運んで帰りました。電車に乗り合わせた人も呆れていたに違いありません。当日ですか？ カートがあるのでご心配なく。それより、皆様のお越しをお待ちしております。応援よろしくお願いいたします。

Junk mailer?
I was leafletting somewhere in Nara again since two weeks ago.This time, it wasn't very hot. It was raining.Besides, I was walking around the area where there are many condominium buildings- then I could post more flyers in short time.So I'm less tired than the last time.However...I know many people are tired of such flyers. "DON'T POST FLYERS" signs are shown at residential mailbox of some condominium buildings. So I feel a sense of guilt, especially when I'm seen by someone.Then how do I cope with the work?・Think of it as a good exercise.・They are never X-rated ad nor other objectionable advertisement.No wonder- real estate advertising.Last of all- good luck to all honest leafletters.

改めてパークスパフォーマーミュージシャン公開オーディションのご案内

New favorite place
My new friend's favorite bar. It's small and nice. Music lovers gather and enjoy performing there.I met him at a communication workshop.He saw that I love music, and told me about this bar he frequents somewhere in Sakai.He often plays the guitar here- he plays Spanish guitar.He e-mailed me that there was a small party about twice a month there and I could come.So last Sunday, I visited and surprised him.As a rule, we cannot go on stage unless we make reservations. But through the good offices of the friend, the master let me sing on stage just once.Thank you very much!To tell the truth, I used to sing to show off.But now, I can imagine how people are delighted at my song and how I show my gratitude.
