京都府立大の19歳の女子学生が昨日急性アルコール中毒で死亡した。今忘年会シーズンで日本全国至る所で急性アルコール中毒の患者さんがいっぱい発生しているであろう。先日の私の当直の時も2人のアル中患者を経験した。殆ど意識がなく嘔吐していた。点滴4本（２０００ｍｌ）したら朝までには意識が戻り友人が連れて帰った。大勢のアル中患者を扱ってきたのであまり重く考えていなかったが死亡例がでると恐ろしくなった。自分が飲み過ぎないように、そして友人にも飲ませ過ぎないように注意してもらいたい。

I also experienced 2 cases of acute alcoholism who were almost unconscious and
vomiting at my duty on the other day.
After 2000ml drip infusion, they got back their conscious till morning and came home with their friends.
As I have treated many acute alcoholism, I haven’t thought so severe, but after hearing those dead case, I became afraid.
Please, don’t drink so much yourself and don’t give your friend a drink so much.
