Manchester, NH - Sean Reid-Foley tossed five scoreless innings as the Fisher Cats (Toronto Blue Jays Double-A affiliate) opened the second homestand of the season with a 4-0 win over the Trenton Thunder (New York Yankees Double-A affiliate) on Friday night at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium.

Reid-Foley, the 10th rated prospect in the Blue Jays organization, allowed two singles, walked three and struck out a season-high eight Trenton batters. The 2016 second-round pick struck out six of the first seven batters he faced, and took a no-hitter into the fifth inning.

The Fisher Cats took a 2-0 lead in the bottom of the first. Jonathan Davis and Bo Bichette reached on consecutive infield singles to start the frame. Davis scored on a wild pitch and Bichette scored on a groundout by Vladimir Guerrero Jr.

A two-out rally made it 3-0 in the bottom of the second. Ryan Hissey doubled and scored on Andrew Guillotte's base knock off Trenton starter Dillon Tate (L, 1-1). Tate was taken No. 4 overall in the 2015 MLB draft by the Texas Rangers, and was traded to the Yankees organization for Carlos Beltran in 2016.

Reid-Foley did not allow a hit until Chace Numata lined a one-out single to right field in the fifth inning. He improved to 4-0 with a 1.16 ERA through four starts.

Guerrero Jr. finished 1-for-3 with a double and his league-leading 23rd RBI, while Bo Bichette went 1-for-4 with a run scored.
