REalloys Inc. (ALOY)

REalloys signed a non-binding term sheetwith the U.S. Army for a potential heavy rare earth facility at Tooele Army Depot. The proposal could expand ALOY’s U.S. processing platform, but remains subject to permits, financing, approvals, and definitive lease terms.[1] The company is also targeting commercial rare earth production and customer qualification before new Pentagon sourcing rules take effect in 2027.[2][3]
