Boston Scientific’s third-quarter results showed modest growth, but an eight-business-day cybersecurity outage reduced organic revenue growth by about 300 basis pointsand adjusted earnings per share by approximately $0.07. Management now expects weaker fourth-quarter results and sees 2027 as a trough year, with recovery tied to restructuring, new products, and the planned Penumbra acquisition.
