Helium One Global Ltd ( AIM:HE1 , FRA:9K3 , OTC:HLOGF ) has raised £3 million to support the expansion of its producing helium project in Colorado, where it is targeting a substantial increase in output and a new carbon dioxide revenue stream during 2027.

The company placed some 1.03 billion new shares priced at 0.29p each, with proceeds also covering annual mining licence fees at its Southern Rukwa project in Tanzania.

Its 50%-owned Galactica-Pegasus project, operated by Blue Star Helium, began generating revenue in July and currently has six producing wells. Three further wells are planned before the end of 2026, subject to permitting, followed by another six in 2027 and the deepening of three existing wells.

The Pinon Canyon processing plant is targeting full capacity by the end of 2027, equivalent to monthly production of around 2,200 Mcf of helium and 44,500 Mcf of CO₂.

Illustrative annual joint venture revenues range from US$13.8 million to US$34.2 million after royalties, depending on commodity pricing assumptions, before operating costs, taxes and other deductions. These figures are not attributable cash flow to Helium One.

The operator is also targeting initial CO₂ revenues in the first quarter of 2027, subject to commissioning of a liquefaction unit. Meanwhile, Helium One said its Southern Rukwa farm-out process remains ongoing, with several interested parties reviewing project data.
