Custom Health Holdings Inc (TSX:CHLT) is bolstering its leadership team as it looks to expand its AI-enabled medication management platform across North America, appointing two executives to oversee commercial growth and regulatory compliance.
The AI-enabled healthcare technology company has appointed Mike Palackdharry as Chief Commercial and Strategy Officer and Christina Garcia as Chief Compliance and Regulatory Officer.
Palackdharry brings more than 30 years of experience leading Fortune 500 business units and high-growth technology companies. He most recently served as chief executive of Healent Health and previously led procurement technology company Aquiire, which was acquired by Coupa Software. He will oversee go-to-market design, enterprise sales, business development and strategic partnerships.
Garcia has more than 15 years of experience leading ethics, compliance, privacy and governance programs across healthcare and life sciences. She most recently served as vice president of compliance at SAGA Diagnostics and previously held senior compliance roles at Hello Heart, Agendia and Myriad Genetics. She will lead the company's enterprise compliance, privacy and governance functions.
Custom Health CEO Shane Bishop said Palackdharry will lead efforts to expand adoption across providers, payors and strategic partners, while Garcia's experience in highly regulated healthcare organizations strengthens the foundation needed to scale the platform across North America.
"Together, their appointments strengthen both the commercial and organizational foundation required to responsibly scale our medication-management platform and advance our long-term vision of building the infrastructure for medication management at home," Bishop told shareholders.
Custom Health will also close the Toronto Stock Exchange on Thursday to celebrate its recent listing.
"Closing the market at the Toronto Stock Exchange is an exciting milestone for Custom Health as we celebrate our recent public listing and the next chapter of our growth," Bishop added.
