On a per-share basis, the Quebec, Quebec-based company said it had net income of $1.15. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to $1.77 per share.
The drugmaker posted revenue of $2.94 billion in the period.
Bausch shares have dropped slightly since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $6.92, a rise of 12% in the last 12 months.
