Investing.com -- BMW AG adjusted its 2026 financial guidance on Tuesday, lowering profit margin expectations for its automotive segment while maintaining its cash flow forecast.
The German automaker now expects an EBIT margin of -0.5% to +0.5% for its automotive segment in 2026, according to the company's updated guidance. BMW also revised its return on capital employed (ROCE) forecast for the automotive segment to -1% to +1% for the year.
The company attributed the guidance adjustment to an expansion of its portfolio and structural measures.
BMW said it continues to expect automotive free cash flow above €2.50 billion for 2026.
The automaker anticipates a moderate decrease in automotive segment deliveries during 2026. The company expects a slight increase in the share of all-electric car deliveries for the year.
BMW's motorcycle segment is expected to see a slight decrease in deliveries in 2026.
