Operating EBITDA climbed 12% YoY to $990 million, marking the company's fifth consecutive quarter of double-digit Operating EBITDA growth. Mexico delivered strong performance with Operating EBITDA jumping 30% YoY to $480 million, supported by 7% cement volume growth and operational efficiencies under Project Cutting Edge. The United States posted positive volume trends with cement and aggregates increasing 4% during the quarter, though Operating EBITDA declined 4% to $259 million due to an unplanned outage and higher raw material costs.
"Mexico delivered another strong quarter supported by growing cement demand and cost efficiencies, leading to a double-digit increase in Operating EBITDA year-over-year for the quarter," the company stated in its release.
The Europe, Middle East and Africa region generated Operating EBITDA of $257 million, up 4% YoY, with growth distributed across both subregions. Free cash flow from operations reached $723 million for the quarter, up 34% YoY. Net debt stood at $5.42 billion as of September 30, 2026, down from $5.59 billion a year earlier.
