The highly anticipated "Grand Theft Auto VI" video game from Take-Two Interactive Software's Rockstar Games is two weeks away from releasing to the public. New data shows the early demand for the game could see records broken.
GTA 6 Preorder Updates
Set for a Nov. 19 release, preorders of "GTA 6" are coming in strong according to new data.
Reports from Sensor Tower say the game has sold 7.71 million units in preorder, translating to $751 million in revenue. This figure comes with the majority of buyers selecting the $100 ultimate edition over the $80 standard version, according to IGN.

According to the new data, 74% of buyers are purchasing copies for the PlayStation 5 from Sony Group, while the other 24% are buying for the Xbox from Microsoft Corporation.
For comparison, "GTA 5," which was released back in 2013, set records with $800 million in sales for its first 24 hours. The game went on to make $1 billion in its first three days, becoming the fastest entertainment product to hit the $1 billion milestone.
With two more weeks to go until the game is officially released, "GTA 6" could soar past those milestones set by the last game in the franchise.
Take-Two Stock Overlooked
For years, investors have been trading Take-Two Interactive Software shares based on the timeline of "GTA 6," which has included the stock falling when the game has been pushed back.
Now two weeks away from release, Take Two shares are trading lower.

The stock was trading at $211.83 on Thursday, versus a 52-week trading range of $183.86 to $265.65.
Shares were down 15.9% year-to-date in 2026, with the stock down around 20% from the yearly highs.
Sensor Tower updates their preorders weekly, which will give investors another chance to see data before the release of "GTA 6."
Another upcoming catalyst could be Take Two's second-quarter earnings report, scheduled for Monday.
Management that day could comment on preorder figures, what percentage of customers are buying the $100 model, how many units could be sold in the first year and more.

Think you're saving enough for your kids? You might be dangerously off — see why
Building Wealth Across More Than Just the Market
Building a resilient portfolio means thinking beyond a single asset or market trend. Economic cycles shift, sectors rise and fall, and no one investment performs well in every environment. That's why many investors look to diversify with platforms that provide access to real estate, fixed-income opportunities, precious metals, and even self-directed retirement accounts. By spreading exposure across multiple asset classes, it becomes easier to manage risk, capture steady returns, and create long-term wealth that isn't tied to the fortunes of just one company or industry.
EquityMultiple
For accredited investors looking beyond stocks and bonds, EquityMultiple provides access to vetted commercial real estate deals starting at $5,000 , with only ~5% of opportunities passing their due diligence process.
Arrived
Backed by Jeff Bezos, Arrived Homes makes real estate investing accessible with a low barrier to entry. Investors can buy fractional shares of single-family rentals and vacation homes starting with as little as $100 . This allows everyday investors to diversify into real estate, collect rental income, and build long-term wealth without needing to manage properties directly.
American PowerGen
As artificial intelligence drives a surge in electricity demand, reliable power generation is becoming a critical part of the technology ecosystem. American PowerGen is developing natural gas-fired power plants in Texas, a fast-growing market fueled by AI data centers, manufacturing expansion, and population growth. By advancing projects through permitting, fuel supply, and grid interconnection, the company is positioning itself to help meet rising energy needs while offering investors exposure to the infrastructure supporting the next wave of AI and industrial growth.
Bito
As AI coding tools take on more of the work traditionally done by developers, companies are facing new challenges around code quality, context and the rising cost of AI-powered development. Bito is building software designed to help AI coding agents better understand complex codebases while helping companies control AI development costs. Founded by former PubMatic executives, Bito has raised more than $10 million from institutional and individual investors and is now raising additional capital through a Wefunder offering, giving investors an opportunity to invest in a company targeting an emerging need within the rapidly expanding AI software market.

Farmland has historically held its value through market volatility and delivered returns uncorrelated to stocks and bonds. For accredited investors, FarmTogether offers direct access to high-quality U.S. farmland starting at $15,000 — fully managed, with no landlord headaches.
