Net sales for the third quarter rose 13% to SEK 8.87 billion from SEK 7.85 billion in the same period last year, slightly below analyst estimates. Organic growth contributed 5% to the increase, while acquisitions added 8%. All five business areas reported organic growth, with Process, Energy & Water showing the strongest performance driven by deliveries from a robust order backlog, particularly in the energy segment.

EBITA increased 19% to SEK 1.36 billion from SEK 1.14 billion, corresponding to a margin of 15.3% compared to 14.6% in the prior year, slightly exceeding analyst expectations. The margin improvement was driven by strong organic sales growth and positive effects from acquisitions. Order intake grew 16% to SEK 8.99 billion from SEK 7.74 billion, with organic growth of 6%. The company reported positive development across all business areas, with the strongest gains in companies serving medical technology, pharmaceuticals, energy, and engineering customers. The book-to-bill ratio remained positive, further strengthening the order backlog.

"The strong order backlog and continued high acquisition pace lay a good foundation for upcoming quarters," the company stated, noting that some growth is driven by major energy investments across Europe with long lead times.

Cash flow from operating activities improved to SEK 1.22 billion from SEK 1.02 billion, primarily due to strong earnings.
