Investing.com -- Straumann Holding AG (BS:STMNz) on Wednesday reported third-quarter revenue of CHF 667.1 million, representing 9.2% organic growth that exceeded analyst expectations of 8.6%, as the Swiss dental implant maker maintained momentum across most regions.
Revenue for the nine months reached CHF 2.0 billion, up 8.3% organically and 4.9% in Swiss francs compared to the prior-year period. The company confirmed its full-year 2026 outlook for high single-digit organic revenue growth and core EBIT margin expansion of around 140 to 170 basis points at constant 2025 exchange rates.
The midpoint of the margin guidance aligns with analyst expectations.
Europe, Middle East and Africa delivered 10.5% organic growth to CHF 256.0 million, surpassing consensus estimates of around 8%. Asia Pacific accelerated to 10.3% organic growth, reaching CHF 165.6 million, with China returning to growth after several challenging quarters marked by volume-based procurement uncertainty.
North America posted 7.5% organic growth to CHF 174.9 million despite what the company described as "soft demand" and cautious consumer sentiment.
Latin America grew 6.5% organically to CHF 70.5 million, slowing from the first half as purchasing momentum eased in Brazil.
"I am proud of our teams for delivering another strong quarter," said Chief Executive Officer Guillaume Daniellot. "Continued share gains for iEXCEL reinforce our leadership in premium implantology, while Neodent keeps on expanding access to treatment in more markets."
The company launched Straumann F.A.S.T., a family of digitally powered implant treatment workflows, including SIRIOS APS for full-arch scanning. Straumann's intraoral scanners have accounted for one of the largest shares of units sold worldwide so far this year. The company's AXS cloud-based platform now has more than 20,000 active users, with analysis indicating revenue from AXS users is growing faster than non-users.
