Why Is PagerDuty (PD) Stock Rocketing Higher Today

According to a company press release, PagerDuty generated $124.4 million in revenue, surpassed $500 million in annual recurring revenue, and generated $32.78 million in free cash flow. What Is The Market Telling Us

PagerDuty's shares are extremely volatile and have had 32 moves greater than 5% over the last year. In that context, today's move indicates the market considers this news meaningful but not something that would fundamentally change its perception of the business.

PagerDuty is up 10.3% since the beginning of the year, but at $13.67 per share, it is still trading 20.4% below its 52-week high of $17.17 from September 2025. Despite the year-to-date gain, investors who bought $1,000 worth of PagerDuty's shares 5 years ago would now be looking at only $320.47.
