Century Lithium Corp. ( TSX-V:LCE , OTCQX:CYDVF ) will nominate battery industry veteran Dr. Cormac O'Laoire for election to its board for the first time at its annual general meeting on November 25.
O'Laoire is managing director of Hong Kong-based battery advisory firm Electrios and has served as a strategic advisor to the company since January 2026. He has more than 20 years of experience across the lithium-ion battery value chain, from battery metals and lithium refining to cathode materials, cell manufacturing, energy storage and recycling.
Management will also put forward incumbent directors Dr. Corby Anderson, Dr. William Willoughby, Donald Myers and James Pettit for re-election.
Bryan Disher is retiring from the board and will not stand for re-election. He will continue to serve as a director through the conclusion of the meeting, and the board thanked him for his contributions.
The company said O'Laoire's depth in battery materials, gigafactory execution and lender due diligence bears directly on the decisions ahead as Century Lithium moves its Angel Island project through permitting and into project finance.
