TORONTO (AP) _ Corus Entertainment Inc. (CJREF) on Tuesday reported fiscal third-quarter net income of $49.5 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.
The Toronto-based company said it had profit of 25 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for amortization costs, came to 26 cents per share.
The media company posted revenue of $342.8 million in the period.
Corus shares have climbed 7 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has fallen slightly in the last 12 months.
