The Carlsbad, California-based company said it had net income of 23 cents per share.
The nutritional supplements manufacturer posted revenue of $32.2 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $7.2 million, or $1.09 per share. Revenue was reported as $121.9 million.
Natural Alternatives shares have dropped slightly more than 5 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $10.70, a climb of roughly 8 percent in the last 12 months.
