Nextech3D.AI ( CSE:NTAR , OTCQX:NEXCF , FRA:1SS ) said its Map D platform has created its first AI-generated customer floor plan, for the Florida Home Builders Association's Southeast Building Conference 2027.
The company said the live floor plan currently provides interactive booth registration and exhibitor information.
The conference is scheduled for July 2027, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.
Following its recent launch of agentic AI in Map D, Nextech3D.AI says the platform can now automate much of the manual floor-plan work that production teams used to do, while still letting organizers review and approve changes before publication.
The agentic capabilities include pricing recommendations, conversational floor-plan creation, booth management, and human-controlled execution that allows organizers to approve or reverse proposed changes.
"Our first AI-generated customer floor plan is a real-world example of how we are beginning to apply these capabilities for customers," Nextech CEO Evan Gappelberg said.
Nextech3D.AI said it sees potential to apply the same approach across its Eventdex, Map D, KraftyLab and KATE platforms.
The Florida Home Builders Association, established in 1947, is the parent organization of 23 local and regional homebuilder associations in the state.
