Nextech3D.AI ( CSE:NTAR , OTCQX:NEXCF , FRA:1SS ) said it is sponsoring The Event Planner Expo 2026 in New York City and will supply the technology behind the show, which runs October 27 to 29.
The AI-first event technology company will provide support through its AI-powered software platforms, deliver a keynote and showcase new products at its booth.
"We are not simply attending the event. Our technology will help power the Expo itself," Nextech3D.AI ( CSE:NTAR , OTCQX:NEXCF ) CEO Evan Gappelberg said.
Gappelberg will speak on agentic AI in event technology, describing a shift from traditional software that requires users to navigate complex systems toward AI-native platforms that let them direct workflows in natural language.
At its booth, Nextech3D.ai will present its Agentic AI Event Platform, an AI-native approach to event management that lets organizers interact with event information, access actionable intelligence and direct supported workflows using natural language. It will also show KraftyLab, its corporate engagement platform offering interactive team-building experiences.
The company recently unveiled AI-native capabilities for Map D, its interactive floor-plan and exhibitor management platform. The features include AI-powered pricing intelligence, conversational floor-plan creation, AI-assisted booth management and human-controlled execution of proposed changes.
Nextech3D.ai's broader strategy is to integrate Map D with Eventdex, its event management and registration platform. The goal is an end-to-end AI-native platform connecting event planning, floor-plan management, registration, ticketing, badging and lead retrieval.
"We see a significantly larger market opportunity beyond simply adding AI features to individual products," Gappelberg said, adding that the company aims to bring its capabilities together into a unified operating environment covering the entire event lifecycle.
