Renforth Resources Inc ( CSE:RFR , OTCQB:RFHRF ) said drilling beneath the open pit at its wholly owned Victoria polymetallic nickel deposit in Quebec intersected broad zones of nickel-cobalt and zinc-copper-silver mineralization, including 118 metres grading 0.081% nickel.

The company completed three holes totalling 1,011 metres in July 2026 to test the down-dip continuity of mineralization beneath the pit that constrains the September 2025 mineral resource estimate.

All three holes intersected broad intervals of nickel-cobalt mineralization in the ultramafic host, along with zones of zinc-copper-silver mineralization.

Hole SUR-26-58 returned 118 metres of 0.081% nickel, 0.015% copper and 62 parts per million cobalt from 161 metres, including 7.65 metres of 0.151% nickel. A further 74.3 metres of 0.092% nickel was intersected from 284.7 metres. The hole ended in nickel mineralization at 390 metres, and Renforth said mineralization has not been closed off at depth because the program was limited by budgeted metres.

SUR-26-59 intersected 44 metres of 0.08% nickel from 186 metres and 41.85 metres of 0.091% nickel from 235.1 metres.

SUR-26-60 returned 10.9 metres of 0.544% zinc, 0.079% copper and 0.056% nickel from 17.1 metres, as well as 71 metres of 0.083% nickel from 31.6 metres and 59.15 metres of 0.086% nickel from 201.85 metres.

The results have been provided to P&E Mining Consultants Inc. The holes were designed to confirm continuity within and immediately below the resource area, and Renforth said they did so successfully.

"Victoria is a bulk-tonnage deposit, and we report the lower-grade intervals in full because they are part of that picture," said Nicole Brewster, CEO of Renforth.

"These holes confirm that mineralization continues below the resource pit and add to the data we need to define a processing route," Brewster added.

Shares of Renforth traded nearly 25% higher in Canada on Monday.
