Marwest Apartment Real Estate Investment is an unincorporated real estate investment trust governed by the amended and restated declaration of trust dated April 30, 2021 and by the laws of the Province of Manitoba. The REIT was formed on July 2, 2020 under the name (Marwest Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust) and converted to an open ended trust effective April 30, 2021. On April 30, 2021, the REIT completed its' Qualifying Transaction and as such commenced commercial operations. The authorized equity and voting securities of the REIT are comprised of Trust Units and special voting units. Marwest Apartment Real Estate Investment was established on 2 July 2020 and was incorporated in Canada.
