Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in value stocks. Although it mainly invests in U.S. stocks, it reserves the right to invest up to 25% of its assets in foreign securities, which may include depositary receipts.
