October may be "spooky season," but that doesn't mean scary shakeups are in store for these Texas real estate players.
Partners Real Estate, a Houston-based commercial firm, tops the list with new hires. It recently snagged Bryan Dodge as president of the new occupier growth and development program.
Before joining Partners, Dodge spent 25 years in retail growth and development leadership, most recently as the chief real estate and business development officer at Floor & Decor. He will be based in Raleigh, North Carolina and report to Partners' CEO Jon Silberman.
Tommy LeBlanc also joined the firm at its Houston headquarters as an equity partner. He brings over 20 years of experience in land brokerage, development strategy, site selection and sale-leasebacks, and negotiated over $1 billion in total career transactions, according to a press release.
He was previously a partner at MLB Commercial Real Estate, and is joined by vice president John Michael Kamel and senior associate Blake Steele, who have worked with LeBlanc on land assignments at MLB.
Just north of Houston, Amy Crenan joined Signorelli, a privately owned real estate developer in The Woodlands, as senior vice president of marketing, bringing more than 15 years of experience to the role.
Momentum continues to brew across the Texas Triangle.
Cawley Partners, an office developer in Dallas-Fort Worth, hired Josh White as the office development partner. He brings 25 years of experience in office tenant representation, and was previously vice chairman at CBRE, according to a press release.
Ward Richmond joined CBRE as vice chair of the industrial and logistics occupier leasing team, based in Dallas. He previously spent about 15 years at Colliers, according to his LinkedIn post, joining with Cole Hooper and James Ewing as senior vice presidents and Amanda Richards and Keller Strauss as associates, according to a press release.
Since 2020, Richmond and his team have been involved in 382 transactions totaling more than 43 million square feet, valued at about $1.6 billion, the release stated.
At JLL, Dallas-based Paul Walters has been promoted to a newly-created dual role, where he will now serve as senior managing director of project and development services South- Central and U.S. manufacturing, according to a release.
He will be the national lead for JLL's industrial and manufacturing sector, while leading PDS operations across the South-Central U.S. region.
Coming in last, but certainly not least: Trademark Property Company, a mixed-use investor, developer, and operator in Fort Worth, snagged Tory Glossip as the new senior vice president of property management.
She brings approximately 25 years of retail and mixed-used property management experience to the role, a release said.
