あらためて関連記事を検索してみたら、最近説明会が開催されたようで、情報も増えてきた。

千歳烏山駅前広場南側地区再開発事業の概要と最新進捗
イメージ的には府中の南口といった感じだろうか。
これらの記事によると、駅南側の再開発事業は2026年度の都市計画決定に向けて活動していて、竣工は2034年度を目指しているとのこと。なお、京王線の高架化や駅前広場・都市計画道路の整備については2030年度の完成を目指している。建設予定地に店舗や住宅が密集している現状を見ると、2034年の竣工は全然夢物語だと思うのだが、そうでもないのだろうか…。とりあえず、京王線の高架化は予定どおり進めてほしいところである。

Judging from the concept, it reminds me of the area south of Fuchu Station.
According to these articles, the redevelopment project on the south side of the station is moving toward an official urban planning decision in FY2026, with completion targeted for FY2034. Meanwhile, the elevation of the Keio Line tracks and the development of the station plaza and urban planning roads are scheduled for completion by FY2030.
Given the current situation—where the planned construction site is densely packed with shops and residences—it’s hard to believe that completing the project by 2034 is realistic. Still, perhaps it’s not entirely out of reach. At the very least, I sincerely hope the elevation of the Keio Line proceeds as scheduled.
