"Birds of a feather flock together".....This is an exam- ple an English grammar textbook in a second year of high school in my old days. It means " kind calls friends". I didn't expect to say the maxim that was in the text- book 57 years ago, but when I saw Japanese politicians, especially the fools of the present administration, I murmured that the maxim. I can only think that fools are attracting fools. The history of modern Japanese politics has never been magnificent, but I think that old politicians didn't say as frivolous words as the present politicians are.
I think the words are the spirit of the person. The frivolous word is a proof of the frivolity of the person- ality. Spirit cannot be decorated with alternatives.
I've already written about Sweden's Greta Thunberg in this blog (December 21, 2018, "15-years old girl's awesome speech"), but she is 16 years old this year and is increasingly informed. She speakes sharply into international issues with her intellectual words.
I have been presenting women's advocacy paintings for many years at international exhibitions, but I am however hopeless over the lack of intelligence and ignorance of Japanese female politicians. The name "Mr. So-and-so's children" may have been named by the media, but it seems a Harlem woman slave, and it is truly vulgar. Needless to say, the vulgarity of male politician like yakuza. All seemed to have come out of the highest school, but what they learned did not seem to be useful for the cultivation of the words that shaped themselves.
The maxim "Birds of a feather flock together" is not necessarily a bad meaning by itself, but looking at how to make the current administration, I'm talking about Thomas Gresham's words in the 16century. " Bad coins destroy good coins" I want to add. If the person who stands at the top the country is a fool, the whole world is at risk.
