再生テスト ＋訂正！
ピアノソロ曲が欲しくなった。先に白状するとオリジナルではない。他のピアノ曲のコピーでもない。楽譜が読める方はすぐ気付かれるだろうが、全く違う曲を選んでピアノ用にアレンジした。果たしてそのアレンジはイメージどおりになってくれるか？ （以上2月17日）―もし、楽譜に目を凝らしてくださった方、いらっしゃったらごめんなさい。実はその写真の楽譜は、音を拾い間違えていた部分を撮っていたことに直後に気付きました。出来のほどですか？ 五線の上だけでアレンジした割にはまずまずの出来。ただ、ピアノの音では何だか重い感じに。1オクターブ高い音域で弾いたほうがいいのかな―むしろこれは…

スティーヴィー・ワンダー再び
スティーヴィー・ワンダーを知ったきっかけは2001年、ロンドン音楽留学中、課題曲に何曲か取り上げられていたことでした。それ以前にも竹善さんのラジオ番組でよく取り上げられていましたが、当時はあまりよく分かりませんでした。帰国後CDを聞いてみたところ、"えっ、これスティーヴィー・ワンダーだったの？"と思った曲が意外とたくさん。例えば「Isn't She Lovely」「I Just Called To Say I Love You」後に「I Believe」2004年1月の来日公演が初めてのライブで、"言葉の一つ一つが心に突き刺さるようだった"と日記に書いています。ただこの時、缶コーヒーのCMソングになってベストアルバムにも日本盤限定で収録された「To Feel The Fire」を歌ってくれず、その後、それならいっちょ私がやったろか、とピアノ弾き語りアレンジを作って持ち歌にしてしまいました。2005年秋、10年ぶりのアルバム「A Time To Love」のプロモーション来日で彼がテレビに出ていたのを皆様ご覧になったことと思います。彼曰く"日本のどこかに家を買ってしまおうかと思うくらい日本に来ている"とのことですが、日本でのテレビ出演はその時が初めてだったそうです。2004年1月はうつ病真っ只中で会社を辞めた直後。運よく体調の良かった日とライブが重なってくれ、その日に健康保険関連の手続きにも行けました。今は鈍っていたアンテナも復活しており、今日のライブは前回よりももっと楽しめることでしょう。

The situation has reportedly been improved now.In my childhood, when I was sick, Mother took me to a children's hospital in a neighboring town.Because; there was a children's hospital in town back then, but according to Mother, they had children patients change clothes in a cold passage.Unpleasing doctors wouldn't be trusted no matter how skilled they are.These days, some prep schools forcused on medical colleges cost more than 3 million yen for tuition.What do you say to a crammed exam elite becoming a doctor?Bipolar era has become a real possibility, but even so, education gap must not be acquiesced.

1.SING LIKE TALKING、またはソロで好きな曲TOP3 (注：同じ曲を選ばないよう調整)「Seasons of Change」「心のevergreen」「My Desire」 ソロだと「Choice」「Blue」「十三夜の月」 (私のブログタイトルとURLとアーティストペンネームの由来はこれ) カバーだと「Last Christmas」「JOJO」「I Keep Forgettin'」ちなみに・SLTを知らない人に勧めるなら日本国内の人なら「Borderland」「Hold On」「今日も君に恋をした」海外の人なら「心の扉｣「Forever」「Devil in Disguise」・今までコピーした曲は「La La La」「Spirit of Love」(武道館ライブビデオバージョン) 「回想の詩」「A Crown」。目下次に狙っているのは…2.SING LIKE TALKINGとの出会いを簡潔に。今もやっている長寿人気クイズ番組のエンディングテーマになっていた「La La La」を聞いたのが最初だったのは確かですが、なぜかバンド名をタイトルと勘違い。しかもリリース時期を考えると1991年のはずですが、何年のことかも思い出せません。今思えばこの時点では"出会うべき時"ではなかったのかもしれません。そして1996年1月、SLTが「Spirit of Love」でテレビに出ているのを見て初めてSLTがバンド名だと知りました。それでSLTとの出会いは「再会｣と呼んでいます。すると今度は最初に聞いた「La La La」の曲名が分からず、適当にCDを借りて聞いていくうちに好きになっていきました。なお、「I Feel Coke」の主が竹善さんだったとは1997年まで知りませんでした。3.初めて聴いたSING LIKE TALKINGの曲は? 上記のとおり「La La La」 ―SLTとの出会いのみならず、この曲の位置付けは私の中では特別。4.SING LIKE TALKING、またはソロのCDを何枚持っていますか?SLT・ソロともアルバムは全部。SALT&SUGARも持っている。シングル・リミックスは持っていない。5.次にバトンを渡す3人 ―というわけで2月18日の答え：佐藤竹善「Okra」収録曲(青：Blue 朝：Good Mornin' Good Rollin' 跳躍：Jump 悪魔：Devil in Disguise 選択：Choice）簡単すぎましたね。

San Juan Suite/ Michael Gettel
以前、Michael Gettelの「Winter」を紹介しましたが、こちらはベストアルバムではなく、海の風景を描いたテーマアルバムです。早くも1曲目「Sucia/ Shallow Bay」から波を思わせるアルペジオを多用したメロディの曲中に、波の音やイルカ･シャチ･鳥の声も所々に流れてきて、静かで豊かな海の光景が浮かびます。（以下ライナーノート）サン・フアンの面影「SAN JUAN SUITE」では、ワシントン州とカナダの間に位置するピュジェット湾に浮かぶサン・フアン島で見聞きして感じたものを曲にしています。この海域は様々な生きものたちの安息の地です。シャチなど、我々人間が「兄弟」として知り、親しんできた生き物もいます。この島は見た目も素晴らしいですが、もっと、私の心を揺り動かす名状しがたい何かがあります。サン・フアンにはいつも音楽があります。耳を澄ませば、アザラシやカワウソやクジラが立てる水しぶきが聞こえます。時には優しく、時には強い風に混じって、カモメがしつこい位に鳴き声を聞かせます。そしていつも波の音がします。サン・フアンの鼓動です。湾の天気が穏やかでも突然荒れ模様になる時でも、サン・フアンの奏でる"音楽"は無限です。どの海岸を歩いても、どの場所を船で旅しても、同じ音は決して繰り返しません。だから、何曲かに自然の音を入れています。ライブパフォーマンスでは決してできませんが、島で聞くことのできる無数の音の代表的なものです。写真家がカメラを使うように、自分は作品の中でピアノで自然の独特な像をとらえようと試みてきました。テンポが速くて技術的に難しい曲でも、緩やかに流れるような曲でも、島で過ごした時間や訪れた場所の独特な雰囲気や思い出を、それぞれの曲のスタイルで表現しています。このアルバムのオリジナルバージョンのリリースから10年になるのを記念して、組曲の完成のために新曲を2曲追加しました。「Watercolors」（８）は好きな印象派作曲家の一人エリック・サティに倣って作っています。一方「The Kelpie」（７）は、心の奥底のいたずらっぽい気持ちから生まれました―"これが弾けるかやってみな"。ついでながらケルピーとはスコットランドの伝説上の動物で、入り江に住んでいると信じられています。去年、サン・フアン近くの海面で1匹見かけた気がします。このとおり、この島は不思議なところだといつも思ってきました。サン・フアンの音への旅にご招待いたします―想像力フル回転でお越しください。（訳：HNが思いつかん）1998年4月21日、Narada、XBE98Z7G

第一難関
昨日、延べ2時間近く三弦琵琶を弾いていて、左手の指先が痛くなりました―もう治りましたが。このとおり（写真）赤くなって、熱いものに触るとひりひりします。（"何それ？"と思われた方、プロフィールの写真がその楽器です。）おまけに右腕もだるいです。一体何をしていたかはまたの時に。ギターやベースなど弦楽器を弾いていらっしゃる方、教えてください。これは練習を積んでいくうちに解決するものなのでしょうか？実はこんなに長い時間続けて弾いたのは初めてです。

I want a song for piano solo-
I wrote one.I confess first: It's NOT my original.Nor a copy of other tune for the piano.Some people who read music would recognize immediately- I selected and arranged a completely different song for piano.I don't know if my new arrangement sounds as I imagined. I haven't tried yet.

The problem of the name?
I ordered dessert at an ice cream stand.I thought I could choose my favorite ice cream, then the clerk said-"The concept of this dessert is to enjoy the aroma of ram" and insisted on ram ice cream.I was at a loss since I have a low tolerance for alcohol.Surely the name of the dessert includes 'ram'. But there should be no harm if we order different flavor; chocolate cream and milk jelly would go well with almost any kind of flavor.So I thought there is no need to stick to 'ram', since people with low tolerance for alcohol like me and children would want this dessert, too.In the end, I could have this dessert with my favorite flavor, so that's no problem.

バレンタインデー近し
―これですか？(写真)これは自分用です。1個で半日眠気覚まし効果があるから安上がりなものでしょう。先日、バラエティー雑貨店の文具コーナーで買い物をしていたら、"ライバルの女性に差をつけるための今年のキーワードは「ゴージャス」"という店内アナウンスが流れていました。ふ～ん。ちなみに10代の頃一度、竹善さんにバレンタインチョコレートを差し上げたいと思ったのですが、方法が分からず、結局やめたことがあります。

インフルエンザ
今年は流行が例年より遅れていると言われています。12月に風邪を引いて長引いた挙句気管支炎を起こしました。体調が悪いと予防接種は当然受けられません。風邪が治った後、1月末に滑り込みセーフで予防接種を受けました。これは医師の勧めでもあります。まず、・うつ病になって以来身体が弱り、風邪を引く頻度が増えた。それでも2006年は7月と12月だけ―その12月の風邪が1ヵ月半も長引いたのは異常ですが。さらに鳥インフルエンザによる鶏の大量死が発生し、新型インフルエンザの発生が懸念されています。そのため、・もし新型インフルエンザが流行したら、普通のインフルエンザにかかっても区別がつかず、新型・従来型関係なく一緒に収容される可能性がある。―新型インフルエンザ流行を想定した訓練をニュースで見ましたが、まるで映画「アウトブレイク」ですね―本でしか読んでいませんが。

I couldn't bite.How I ate? - I bit at upper layer and lower layer by turns.Just after I finished meal, two young men came to the table next to me carrying a plate of Mega Macs.They were saying "Will I take a picture?" - the thought was same as me.What happened to me later? - I got a canker sore a few days later from lack of vitamin.
