（＊一部閲覧注意）マスク生活で良かった事

マスク着用が個人の判断で、となって以来、私は喘息があるため「個人の判断」でマスクを着けています。厳密に言うと既に2010年代半ば～2019年までには、「喘息の発作が起こるリスクファクターがある」「ここで喘息を起こすと周りの人に無用な迷惑がかかる」という、マスク着用の判断基準ができていました。パンデミック中は自宅で1人でいるとき以外はほとんどマスク着用だったのを、新型コロナウイルスが5類に移行してからは、2019年以前のルールに戻したまで …―だったのですが…ある朝、下腹に赤い帯状の炎症ができたと思ったら、日中のうちにあっという間に背中や首筋にも広がりました。昨年初冬に口唇ヘルペスができたことから、その時点では念のため帯状疱疹の可能性も疑い、皮膚科に駆け込んだところ、蕁麻疹との診断。帯状疱疹だと体の片側にできることが多いし、今回のようにあっちゃこっちゃ無秩序に出ては消え、ということはまずないとのこと。しかし、その蕁麻疹が翌朝になって腕・脚・さらに顔にも飛び火してしまい、瞼まで腫れてくる始末。これでは化粧もできない（普段は安全で使い慣れた化粧品でも、蕁麻疹にどんな悪さをするか分からないので）―となると、蕁麻疹が顔に出ている間は日焼け止めだけ塗って、あとは大きめのマスクをして仕事に行きました。幸い、今の仕事は接客業ではない・少なくとも社外の人に会う場面はまだ限られているので、ひとまずこれでごまかせる…と。昨年、自前で食器用液体石鹸を会社に持ってきたとき、合成洗剤にアレルギーがあることを話したら"指6本になったん？"と下種なジョークを言われて以来、喘息以外の広い意味での健康に関する機微な事を知られないよう警戒していたのですが、（喘息に関しては、受動喫煙が大敵・通院で業務に支障をきたさないようにするなどの必要性から、面接・入社時点で伝えている）オフィスの裏の駐車場に喫煙所があって、風向きによっては煙草の煙が流れ込んでくることが時折あるという理由で、オフィスでは普段からほとんどマスクをしているし、3月にヘアドネーションをして30センチ以上髪を切ったのに気に留めない面々ですから、これで十分です。―間近で顔をまじまじと見られたらさすがに蕁麻疹には気付かれたでしょうが、満員電車のような密接空間でもない限りそこまでしてくる御仁は、エロ男か容姿マウンターか知らんが、この場合は相手に問題があるわけで。それにしても、何が悪くて突然全身に蕁麻疹ができたのやら。こんなことは初めてだし、母に聞いても、私が子供の頃にアトピー性皮膚炎と言われたことはないしで。あまりにひどかった時に塗り薬が足りなくなりそうで再受診した際は、（医者に見せるためにスマホで数枚撮影しておきましたが、こちらはおどろおどろしくてお見せできませぬ）明らかにアレルギーの原因物質がある場合以外は、血液検査などでも原因が分からないことが多いと言われました。ストレスで蕁麻疹ができたという話はちょいちょい聞き、それなら思い当たる節はありますが… さて元々呼吸器系の疾患があるためマスクが日常という点は、蕁麻疹の件とは無関係なわけで、　個人の判断でのマスク着用とはこういうことではないでしょうか。（一例）　　―まあ、今時マスク警察ごっこやマスク着用警察ごっこがいたら、正義ごっこ・警察ごっこ同士で仲良く潰し合ってくれたまえ。なお、風邪症状がある・体調が悪い場合は皆さんマスクを着けましょーね。cf. https://ubie.app/byoki_qa/clinical-questions/wvvzt9drj8受診した皮膚科医院で配布していたリーフレット「知ってなるほど！じんましん治療」謎なぞ33の答え：（1）「オスロ」：冬季オリンピック開催都市のうち、これだけ首都（2）「シドニー」：夏季オリンピック開催都市のうち、これだけ首都ではない（3）「野球」：ゴールがない（4）「ボクシング」：蹴りがNG（5）「跳馬」：2025年4～5月現在、これだけ男女共通の種目。他の4つは男子だけ（6）「バレーボール」：2025年4～5月現在、パラリンピックの車椅子競技がない（代わりに「シッティングバレーボール」がある）（7）「カリウム」：元素記号がアルファベット1文字。前からK、Mg、Na、Fe、Zn（8）「石の上にも三年」：他は聖書由来の諺cf. https://www.parasapo.tokyo/sportshttps://www.olympics.com/ja/news/%E9%81%8E%E5%8E%BB%E3%81%AE%E4%BA%94%E8%BC%AA%E3%81%AE%E5%85%A8%E9%96%8B%E5%82%AC%E5%9C%B0%E4%B8%80%E8%A6%A7-%E9%96%8B%E5%82%AC%E5%9C%B0%E3%81%AE%E9%81%B8%E5%AE%9A%E6%96%B9%E6%B3%95%E3%81%AFさて757575アクセス目のジグザグを踏む読者様はどなたでしょう！？
