Campbell’s is executing a debt-reduction plan after cutting its quarterly dividend 36% to $0.25. Fiscal 2027 guidance still anticipates declining organic sales and adjusted EPS, while valuation estimates range widely because analysts disagree about the durability of Campbell’s free cash flow. On November 6, CPB fell 1.32% on a full-day basis, including regular-session and after-hours trading; this was the most recent completed trading day, not today’s move.
