The fund invests, at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in constituents of the index that have economic characteristics that are substantially similar to the economic characteristics of such constituents. The index is dividend weighted annually to reflect the proportionate share of the aggregate cash dividends each constituent company is projected to pay in the coming year, based on the most recently declared dividend per share, a measure of fundamental value. The fund is non-diversified.
