Under normal circumstances, the fund is actively managed and invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in securities and instruments issued by or economically tied to U.S. issuers. In seeking to achieve the fund’s investment objective, the fund’s adviser uses various proprietary analytical investment models that examine current and historical market data to evaluate market conditions and anticipated movements in the U.S. large-capitalization equity market.
