It has a collaboration with Japan Science and Technology Agency for developing quantum computers. The company was formerly known as ColdQuanta, Inc. and changed its name to Infleqtion, Inc. in January 2026. The company was founded in 2007 and is headquartered in Louisville, Colorado.
