    Strategic Resources Inc., together with its subsidiaries, engages in the exploration and development of mining properties in Canada and Finland. The company explores for vanadium, titanium, iron, vanadium, and other critical minerals. It holds 100% interests in the BlackRock vanadium-titanium-iron project located in Chibougamau, Québec, Canada; and the Mustavaara vanadium project, which consists of three mineral claim reservations covering an area of approximately 2,650 hectares located in the Municipality of Taivalkoski, Finland. The company has a collaboration agreement with Tacora Resources Inc. for the exploration of iron ore concentrates to feed the planned pellet plant. Strategic Resources Inc. was founded in 2008 and is headquartered in Montreal, Canada.
