The company also entered into a purchase and joint venture agreement to acquire 65% interest in a mining permit comprising the Yono Gold Project located in Guyana, South America. In addition, it holds interests in the Guyana gold projects. Tajiri Resources Corp. was incorporated in 2008 and is headquartered in New Westminster, Canada.
