Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in equity securities of artificial intelligence (“AI”) infrastructure companies. AI infrastructure companies are companies that derive a significant portion of their revenue from long-term assets, products, or services critical to AI output. The fund is non-diversified.
