古代への情熱 ｣で、外国語を容易に習得する方法として、自分で文章を書いてこれをひたすら覚えるというのが効果的であると言っています。
今日のブログの最後に、文章のパターンを書きましたので、このパターンに沿って自分が話せる言葉で自分なりの文章を作ってみると嘘のように英語が話せるようになります。
【今日の例題】
「超少子化、超高齢化時代にどう対処するか」
【Introduction】
イ I’d like to talk about the topic, “How to deal with the aged society.”
ロ The population of Japan started decreasing in 2005, two years earlier than predicted.
This transition is happening at a high speed compared with other countries.
I’d like to stress two points.
【Body】
「Case1」
イ You have to change the principle that working population pays for welfare benefits and senior citizens receive.
Society as a whole has to share the burdens more fairly.
ロ It will be impossible to maintain the social security system, based on the pyramid-shaped demographic structure.
Regardless of whether you are young or old, you who still have vitality and wealth should remain in the working population and support retirees who need help.
ハ In 1960, one senior citizen was supported by 11 people.
But today, only three people support one senior citizen.
In 2025, two people will have to support one senior citizen.
By the time, social security payments will increase to 150 trillion yen or more from 90 trillion yen at present.
イ You have to institute measures to support families who are raising children.
ロ Many women become hesitant to marry or bear children because they fear they will not be able to keep their jobs and raise a family.
Many couples give up the idea of having more than one children because of their financial condition.
ハ Reducing working hours, making work schedules more flexible and increasing child care leave are essential to help couples raise their children.
The government should consider making the child care allowance worth five-digit number monthly.
【Conclusion】
Combining wisdom from every field, you should build a social system that could support the older generation as I mentioned now.（参考資料：読売新聞）
