Poor blood circulation
Last October, Just eleven years after I got psychotic depression, I managed to recover from amnesia due to anorexia, so I went to blood donation for the first time in my life.I thought of going for the second time in this month, but I ran a temperature from fatigue in February and March, so I postponed.For me, this is a token of my gratitude, for one thing.But there are a few problems:1. My weight is below standard.As for this, if I'm weighed enough, I'm regarded as obesity; I have small stature from the beginning, so my weight must not meet standard.2. So I thought I could donate blood component,But at that time, I was told that with the condition of my blood, they couldn't draw even thrombocytes.So I could donate only blood plasma.With my build and condition, I suppose I could donate blood once or twice a year at most.At least in our country, people under medication cannot give blood.So of course, I couldn't do such things while I was under medication due to psychotic depression.Besides, it took more than ten years to recover from amnesia.-Although it might be only me who has thought of blood I couldn't give due to illness.As for me, my illness was due to power-harassment, as I confessed.I don't know precisely how many people suffer from illness from stress in our country -both physical and mental.It's not only medical history that affects eligibility of blood donation.But if there are many people, especially younger generation, who cannot donate blood because of illness due to dehumanizing labor condition and stress from society,Seen from the point of blood donation, this is a great loss for society, isn't it?In short...I'll decide when I donate blood next time by my condition and schedule.In the meantime, I'd like to advocate-If they want to increase blood donors, they'd need to raise health of people, including lifestyle such as working hours and sleeping hours and mental health.◇： Ready to place translation if asked

＊最近、元気？ちょっとアップダウンが大きい＊最近、嬉しかったこと・家族で夜桜見物 ・通勤途中の通り道の店で東北物産展が開催、立ち寄ったら、東日本大震災復興支援イベントに出演したのを応援しに行ったバンドのメンバーにバッタリ・植木鉢の苺が昨年、ランナーを全然出さず、それでも何となく時々水をやっていたら、春になったら急にいっぱい葉を茂らせ、花がぽこぽこ咲き始めた。あとは後述のとおり 他多数＊最近、悲しかったこと畑のスナップエンドウが、昨年の初冬に暖か過ぎて早く芽が出過ぎたために霜で大分やられた 他＊最近、面白かったこと2010年代の宇宙探査がどういう状況になっているか―このバトン内では話が前後しますが、後述のとおり"浦島太郎"状態だったので（いつの間に冥王星に探査機を飛ばしていたのか…など） cf. http://www.astroarts.co.jp/news/2015/02/05pluto/index-j.shtml今はインターネットもあるし、色々見られますが。 他＊最近、辛かったこと3月上旬に熱を出した後、朝は元気でも帰宅後に熱が出ているという日々が2週間近く続いた。 他＊最近、イラっとしたこと仕事中に猥談する人達がいる。自分達しかいないと思ってるのか、まったく＊最近、驚いたこと大阪市立科学館のプラネタリウムの「ボイジャー太陽系脱出」を観たくて、久方ぶりに出かけた。 ・そこに行くのは何年ぶりだろう…と考えてびっくり・電気・エネルギーに関するコーナーには当然、原子力発電所関連の展示もあったが、核燃料・燃料棒の大きさ（百聞は一見に如かず、というやつでしょうか―展示品は実物大のレプリカでしたが）＊最近、呆れたこと統一地方選挙で、投票率の低さもそうだが、今回に関して言うと無投票当選の多さあと、与党のために一言申し上げられることがあるなら、空耳もたいがいにせい、と＊最近、知ったこと上記のボイジャー探査機は1977年晩夏の打ち上げから12年後の1989年に海王星接近後、太陽系（太陽風が及ぶ範囲）を脱出したのが2012年夏、 今でも太陽圏外の観測を続けているものの（そこまでは把握済み）、 そこでボイジャーがとらえた深宇宙の様子、 そして今後、どんな旅路が待っていると見込まれているか。この「グランドツアー計画」、中学時代に理科の授業で知った時、ボイジャー1号2号に宇宙人へのメッセージのレコードが積まれていることにロマンを感じたからか、えらく興味を持ってしまい、惑星・宇宙探査に関して、当時としてはかなり難しい本も図書館などで読み漁ったものだが、ボイジャー1号が太陽系の端に到達とのニュースが2012年に飛び込んでくるまで忘れていた。さよなら、ボイジャー＊最近、ひいたこと・ある思い付きで18歳の頃作った曲を復活させることを思い立ったが、 マスターテープと当時のデモを聞いて、当時の歌と歌詞の下手さ ―当然、相当変えなければなるまい サウンドと曲は今でもかなりイケてると思うが…今持っている楽器や機材では代替できない音をマスターテープの音源からデジタルレコーダーに引っ越すことは無事完了・タウン誌の映画評を見て興味を持って行った映画がちょっとハズレだったとき（映画サイトには出演者云々…のコメントも見受けられましたが、出演者で見る映画を決めることはまずありません）＊最近、ハマってること・もの考えてみたら何かにハマる余裕がなかったここ数か月、強いて言えば、去年"ハワイはいい所だけどワイキキは懲りごり"とか言いつつ買ってきた現地限定のお茶。今月はシトラスジンジャーのフレーバーを飲んでいる。＊最近、興味があること・もの前髪のアレンジの仕方、いわゆるアップのまとめ髪をどうやったら自分でできるか 他＊最近、気づいたことマイナス思考がループしている状態の時に起こる、一種の警告サインっぽい現象＊最近、学んだこと1つ前へどうぞ＊最近、考えること簿記検定3級には2月に何とか合格、その勢いで2級―と思ったが6月には厳しいか、11月に受かるように照準を合わすべきか昨年末に書店でテキストを立ち読みして、3級をすっ飛ばすより順を追ってやった方がいいと判断したのは正解だったが…＊最近、悩んでいること不眠気味、という他はここで言うほどのことではない。よくて事後報告＊最近、気になること今春の統一地方選挙では、私も数多くある選挙区の投票者の1人なわけだが、・自分の選択が正しかったか・後半戦の行方・あと、今回の選挙結果の、大阪都構想の是非を問う住民投票への影響＊最近、よく聴く音楽＊CDでお答えします。Yucca「千の風になって」、「Drum'n'Bass Sessions 2」＊最近、好きなアーティスト新たに興味を持ったアーティストならシティ・ヌルハリザ（マレーシアの国民的女性歌手）フェミ・クティ（ナイジェリア出身のアフロ・ビート創始者とされるフェラ・クティの長男）＊最近、好きな食べもの春野菜、とりわけスナップエンドウ。畑での収穫はまだなので、近くの店で安い時をねらって買うが、今年は上記のとおり失敗 ―しかし実エンドウは平年並みの見込み。＊最近、好きな番組Songsとミュージックフェアは変わらず見ている＊最近、欲しいもの仕事用の靴が、ギシギシ音を立てるようになり、恥ずかしいから新調したい＊最近、会いたい人以前、私的なツアーで一緒に旅行に行った友人達 他＊近々、予定していること近々ではなく既に始まっていることです故… ―こっそりとご覧くださいませ（２５）＜バトン持ち帰り＞------------------エムブロ！バトン倉庫http://mblg.tv/btn/view?id=50553------------------

Depreciation
I managed to pass the official business skill test in bookkeeping in this February.But the total score was not good because I couldn't cipher the question of depreciation rightly.To tell the truth, far before I took up my study, it was from a book about nuclear power plants that I learned what depreciation is for the first time.For example... Imagine there is a taxi driver -maybe a self-employed taxi driver:This driver's car is devaluated year by year, and the lost value of the car is appropriated as costs -This is called depreciation.If the period of durability of the car is long and this driver can earn more than depreciated value within the durability,It means this car work more than its value and this driver can get full payback.Like this car, what if we apply the depreciation to an atomic power plant?Suppose there is an atomic power plant with the life of forty years.I'm not the right person to place concrete figure,But as a practice of bookkeeping on paper, I tried calculating by myself, -Based on straight-line method, and it's so complicated that I considered only the construction cost, -and I found:The acquisition cost, just construction cost, is so high that depreciation expenses per year is ridiculous amount.Needless to say, a thermal power plant and every kind of large-scale plant including power station is high in cost of acquisition.A hydroelectric power station is constrained by geographic conditions, and the cost of a thermal power plant is swayed by fuel expenses.But as for an atomic power plant, considering uranium purification, compensation, and the loss in case of accident...I cannot help doubting cost-effectiveness they appeal.From the beginning, my excuse for being skeptical against nuclear power plant is:An atomic power plant itself doesn't emit carbon dioxide, but petroleum is consumed a lot in uranium purification.-Although I suppose, at most, atomic batteries for space probes would be tolerable yet...On the second thought...When atomic power plants were built one after another, -not only in our country, it was the period of high growth; the age when massive and heavy labor-intensive industries were worshiped.Few cared no matter how they destroyed the Earth, nature and people, -not like now.-Although it cannot be justified to say what done is done, or that was then and this is now.While it's already turned out that decommissioning technology hasn't established -which means they dabbled in such a dangerous gamble with snap decision,If we still cling to such legacy of the past,-At least as for our country, are we still blindly obsequious to the origin country of utilization of nuclear power, ignoring geographical difference between two countries...?-What? When we depreciate a vehicle, a vessel and production machinery, calculation is under production output method, not straight-line method applied to real-estate?Second grade of bookkeeping test is tough, covering wide range.(March 2015)

今年の桜だより2015 （＊写真多め）
桜の木を近くで見たら、花が枝先に球状に集まって、それがいっぱい重なってモコモコした形ができているんですねぇ。―ベタなネタですが。今年の桜シーズンには雨続きでしたが、お花見日和だった日もあって楽しめました。今回は、日時・天気・場所などみんなバラバラですが、見つけられるだけ見つけた色・種類違いの桜を並べてみました。 こういうのを見つけると、ついつい撮ってしまいます。 ―で、桜の絵・イラストのモチーフやモデルによく使います。"散りてなお美しい"―とはよく言われますが、桜の季節の終わり頃には花筏だけでなく、こんな光景も（前にも載せた光景ですが再び）蒲公英は黄色なのでピンクの絨毯の上で目立つんです。 ソメイヨシノ等に代わって牡丹桜がいい感じです。桜前線がこれから、という地方の方、楽しみですね。

おいしー！ヘルシー！なサブウェイ。皆さんおすすめの食べ方を教えて下さい。※いくつでも挙げてください〇どのくらいの頻度で食べますか？ファストフードの部類に入る店の中では今でも、"積極的な理由"（「これが食べたいから」行く）で選ぶことが多いのは確か（―で、その次がモスバーガーかも。というのも、どういうわけか近辺にサブウェイに比べるとモスバーガーが少ないので）しかし、考えてみたら、ここ2年位は行っても月1度以下〇おすすめサンド(ラップ)チーズローストチキン、ターキーブレストあと期間限定で今はないサンドイッチで気に入っていたのが数種類。〇パンの種類ウィートが多い〇野菜はどうしますか？オリーブ抜きが多い〇おすすめトッピング玉子、ターキーブレストにはクリームチーズが合う（スライスチーズでもいいかも）。定番でしょうが。〇おすすめドレッシング特に指定しない〇サイドメニュー頼みます？その日の気分で決める〇海外でサブウェイ行ったことありますか？差し支えなければどこの国かも教えてください。まだない〇日本のサブウェイとどう違った？ツアーで台湾に行ったとき、台北で見たが―入る暇なし〇その他サブウェイを熱く語って下さい！ドリンクにハーブティーがあるのは、夕食時に嬉しい。（ノンカフェインの飲み物ならジュースやウーロン茶があるが、冬は寒い）お疲れ様でした。これからもサブウェイを愛して行きましょう！ピクニック・お花見などでは、お弁当はサンドイッチ、という方も多いでしょうから…（ややこじつけ） 桜ではないですが春の花、春を堪能しましょう。 ＜バトン持ち帰り＞ http://www.blogri.jp/baton/?id=112984

Although it might be mere old wound...
First of all, I'd like to place mourning and prayer for all the victims who perished at an airplane crash in this March.It's strongly suspected that the co-pilot crashed the airplane intentionally, and whatever drove this co-pilot such a cruel thing, since this co-pilot knew the results, this co-pilot would be nothing but a distinct murderer,Then what made airplane company allow this co-pilot on duty?-But public media and netizens all over the world have already dispatched about this everywhere, so this is nothing new.So today, just let me place my concern related with this case.NOT about safety of low-cost air carriers.As I had been concerned -or expected, on the day this airplane crash turned out not to be "accident", gossip-papers under the title of sports-papers splashed that this co-pilot had psychotic depression.-How about in other countries?Have they considered that what if they spread prejudice against whole mental disease, not only psychotic depression?As an ex-patient of psychotic depression, the reasons -or excuses of this concern are:First:What if a similar case of transportation catastrophe -not necessarily airplane crash, were caused in our country?The circumstance in the country where this airplane crash case occurred aside...In our country, if a criminal, even a bizarre murderer, is declared to lack in responsibility capacity or mentally incompetent by psychiatric evaluation, this criminal can be mitigated and remitted.I'm not still clear what they mean by responsibility capacity.Then, some old-fashioned discriminators and illogical wannabe-white-hats would roar that we must confine such lunatics.I don't know precisely how many patients of mental disease there are in our country and how many are in medical facilities.There are current patients and ex-patients who get along well with their disease and live their normal life.Some of them might be resented that they don't want to be lumped together with such criminals.Second:As I confess, I myself have had psychotic depression.As for me, the direct cause was power-harassment at the first company I was working for, But when I quit, the person in charge of general affairs department told me that I had better to hide my mental disease as a termination reason because this would be disadvantageous at job hunting-While I might have died if I kept on working there!-Although it's true that I've revealed the fact of my disease honestly and suffered disadvantage.The problem is our country is a society where a failure is a failure forever.In our country, whatever the reason is, quitting job in short time usually means weak-willed and lacking in ability -except for bankruptcy and other unavoidable occurrences.Besides, mental disease can be illogically connected with incompetent. As a result, even if a worker gets psychotic depression due to job, this worker hesitates to take appropriate treatment and sometimes ends up in death.Recently, the social and financial loss from psychotic depression draw attention, and now psychotic depression is no more peculiar disease -sometimes there seems to be true goof-offs who take advantage of such tendency, though -which is another story for today.Thanks to my luck, now I manage to work and earn a living and music expenses, But I'm still looking for an idea of excuses I quit the first job in short time, and how to use my experience of mental disease as an underhanded way.It doesn't mean that I intend to win sympathy.There are various kinds of mental diseases in the world, and the factors and causes are different with each patient.But at least, mental diseases due to external stress -like mine, can be reduced.It's important to develop better medicine and remedy for mental disease, and enlightenment of understanding mental disease.At the same time, if the current social system is structured to cause mental diseases, we must change this.Otherwise, struggle against psychotic depression can be endless for whole society.◆：Ready to place summery if asked

大変お待たせいたしました。5.5KB超えにつき色文字少な目、本文中敬称略（2015年3月20日 at ビルボード大阪 2nd set）アロージャズオーケストラのメンバー登場→しばしの静寂の後角松敏生登場…1. Rain Man2. Can't You See"こんばんは、角松敏生でございます"ビッグバンドとの共演は、東京アンサンブルラボ・数原晋と、プログラミングとビッグバンドと一緒にやったのが1989年しかし、ステージで一緒に、ということは意外にないホーン多めのステージはあったが…"これまた特別な感じがあります"昭和30年代生まれなので、歌番組で生歌生演奏だった頃を思い出す"プロは歌上手くなくちゃいけないんです"自分も生演奏へのこだわりが…"大阪だからできたんです"アロージャズが色んなセッションをやっており、そんな彼らとだから、こんな機会を持てる。"イヤーモニターしてないでしょ"ちなみに、アローの事務所には、角松さんの何の曲やるんですか、と問い合わせが多かったらしい―が、"全くお客さんのことを考えていない選曲"ビッグバンドとやるなら、という曲をリクエストしてアレンジしてもらった話"今回は個人的に好きな曲が多い" （このステージ自体珍しい試みなので、いいんじゃないですか）えてしてお客さんの好みと自分の好みは一致しない3. 5,000マイルのカウンターアローの演奏は何度か観たが、共演は初。"ステージでは全員紹介するのが自分の家訓"これまでは30周年ライブの17人が最多だったが、今回は19人トランペット： ユン・ファソン 渡辺 隆 築山 昌広 田中 洋一トロンボーン： 大迫 明"あと15年はガンバらないといけないが、70を超えて頑張ってる人は少ない"…そう見ると50代って若い"70代を超えてツアーをやっている人は加山雄三位しか思いつかない…が、このバンドにいたんです" リーダー、御年78歳…宗清 洋 谷口 知巳 "サルサ・スインゴサのピアニストでもある" 中島 徹サックス： "若いが、東京アンサンブルラボで育ちました、と言われた" 泉 和成 柏谷 淳 河田 健 高橋 知道 ―で、一人飛ばして…ドラム：中嶋 俊夫ベース：宮野 友巴ギター：中村 たかしピアノ：石田 ヒロキビッグバンドはスイングとラテンが基本、パーカッションは本来いないが、急遽呼んで"1人ラテン" とくじろうコーラス："去年Kiko's Choirで参加してくれた" Kikoサックスの紹介の時1人飛ばしたが…"かなりの遍歴をお持ちの方"今回アレンジをメインにやってくれた 宮 哲之しかし…実は明日、彼は来ない"これがジャズです"滅多に歌うことがない4ビートスタンダード。しかし"せっかくタキシード姿だから"…初に近いスタンダード4. Beyond The Sea→ドラムスティックを手に5. Single Girl"こういう時、4公演あると4回来る人もいる"しかし一期一会の人もいる…ので、毎回しゃべらなければいけないことはしゃべる"今回はこういう機会を作っていただいて…"―BBLでは3時間もやれるわけがない→自分が通常やらない曲が今回入っており、この曲は"ライブではやったことないかも"1982年の。ベスト盤には入っているが…すごいビッグバンドサウンドが聞こえた。＋ ライブでも人気の曲だが、アレンジはガラッと変わる6.（？）7.（？）【アンコール】"ビール飲めなかったっす"8.（？）"最後にアレいきますからよろしくお願いします"9. Take You To The Sky High最後はステージと客席で紙ヒコーキ合戦に…"2回目はさすがに慣れてきました、みなさん"…ビッグバンドはブラス＋4リズム、もちろんアメリカから戦争で入ってきたのはあるが…戦後70年ということで考えたが、日本人が貪欲に音楽を取り入れた中、ビッグバンドは元々ダンスホールから…その生き証人がアロージャズ。父親世代の人も…その人とやれるのは光栄。その角松の父親が物忘れが激しくなって心配している話アロージャズが始まったばかりの頃、東京ではキューバンボーイズなどが活動日比谷公会堂にアロージャズのライブに行ったら、客が70代80代…波動がすごいビッグバンドは日本のポップス・大衆音楽の源流。父親にその話をしたら、いきなり目がキラッと…"音楽には忘れていた記憶を呼び覚ます力がある"今の時代は親子で同じ音楽を聴くことも多く、今回のライブで感じたのは…"親子でライブもいいが、杏里とか竹善とかゲストを呼んで、自分の親つまり70・80代が喜ぶライブもできるな、と今ちょっと考えている"→"とりあえず有名な曲1曲くらいやっとこう"10. You're My Only Shining Star（English version）ベタながら季節もの＋4月1日の誕生花は桜―4月1日が誕生日だと覚えられやすいが当日に言いにくい。角松さんのシーズン1を知らず、ホーン多目のステージも"きっとやっていただろう"とは想像つきますが、見たことはありません。それでも今回は、なかなか貴重なステージに立ち会えた思いです。―というのも…私も、アロージャズかどうか思い出せませんがビッグバンドのステージを見たことはあります。角松さんのご両親世代の人といえばナベサダこと渡辺貞夫さんのライブも1度だけ見ました。今回、どういういきさつで角松さんのこのライブが実現したかはともかく…V6にもカバーされた「WAになっておどろう」のような曲は、当時の角松さんの御歳も考えると同じ世代以下へのアピール。今度は"上の世代に"ベクトルが向き始めたか―その発想はなかなか出にくいものだったかも、という気がしたため、このライブが角松さんの歴史の中で、一種の転換点になるような予感がしたことを、この度備忘録替わりに残しておかせていただきます。このライブ、ライブ盤になったら―と、隣の席の方が話しておりましたが、私も同感。ライブ盤でなくても、ビッグバンドとの共演でテーマアルバムを作ってもいいアピールになるような…そういえば、昨年末の角松さんのライブに行っておらず、いわゆる通常の角松バンドのステージは随分見ていません。今回といい、昨年の春日大社といい、"変則のステージ"ばかり行っているこの頃。なお、3月27日の佐藤竹善さんの「Friday Musical Voice」で、このライブに関するメールが読まれたのは私です。
