Global X Asia Semiconductor ETF (ACHP)

The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes (if any), in the securities of the underlying index. Securities of the underlying index may include common stocks and American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs"). The underlying index, as presently constituted, is designed to track the performance of companies listed in Asian countries that are involved in the semiconductor ecosystem. The fund is non-diversified.
