街路樹診断 C 判定↑（ 2020 年 9 月 10 日、皇居前）

切り倒された柳が点々と↑（ 2020 年 9 月 15 日、皇居桔梗濠）

皇居前の柳が、地上から１ｍくらいの所で伐採されています。
残された幹に、説明文が張り付けてあります。
樹木医が木の診断をして、 C 判定となったと書かれています。
そのために伐採されたようです。
周りを見回すと、あちこちの柳の木が切られていました。
