The fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in constituents of the index and/or investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially similar to the economic characteristics of such constituents. The index is earnings weighted annually to reflect the proportionate share of the aggregate earnings each constituent company has generated. The fund is non-diversified.
