残り1年 山手線E231系・E235系の並び
有楽町駅～東京駅間にて Between Yurakucho Station and Tokyo Station池袋駅にて At Ikebukuro StationJR東日本山手線を走るE231系電車とE235系電車のツーショットを2枚。2015（平成27）年に量産先行車（トウ01）編成が、2017（平成29）年に量産車が登場したE235系は2018（平成30）年12月時点で、トウ30編成までの30本が落成している。2020（令和2）年春頃までに50編成が出揃う予定である。一方、2002（平成14）年から山手線で活躍を続けているE231系は、E235系の全編成が出揃う頃までに山手線から引退する予定である。両車両のすれ違いを見られるのも、残り1年強の間となった。2018（平成30）年、E235系の在籍本数がE231系のそれを上回り、山手線はいよいよE235系の時代に突入したと言えよう。しかしE231系もまだ現役で走っている。E231系とE235系が共に活躍している時代の記録としてこの2枚を撮影した。I also photographed E231 Series and E235 Series on JR East Yamaanote Line.E235 Series debuted in 2015 and have been manufacturing since 2017.30 sets exists in December, 2018, and total 50 sets are manufacturing by 2020.The more sets of E235 Series start to be in regular service, the more E231 Series to be retired. Photographing both carriage on Yamanote Line can be available within about one and quarter years.In 2018, the number of existing carriages of E235 Series exceeds than that of E231 Series. E235系「ラブライブ!サンシャイン!!」ラッピング編成を撮る
12月29日、アニメ「ラブライブ!サンシャイン!!」ラッピングが施されたJR東日本山手線を走るE235系電車を撮影。E235系5編成（トウ05、トウ13、トウ17、トウ25、トウ27）がこの日から2019（平成31）年1月21日までの間、2019（平成31）年1月4日公開の映画版「ラブライブ!サンシャイン!!The School Idol Movie Over the Rainbow」のラッピングを施して運行されている。写真はトウ05編成 大崎駅にて Tou 05 set with the livery photographed at Osaki Stationこれまでにも山手線で「ラブライブ!サンシャイン!!」のラッピング車両が走ったことがあったが、今回は初めてE235系にラッピングされたことが特筆される。車体にはメインキャラクター9人が集合したイラストと、キャラクター1人ずつと映画の舞台であるイタリア（主にローマとヴェネツィア）の名所が描かれたイラストが、各側扉の戸袋部分にラッピングされている。1～9号車は集合イラストと各キャラクターが1人ずつ、10号車（サハE235）と11号車（クハE235）は1～9号車の1人ずつのものと集合のものが2両に渡って1つずつ貼り付けられている。9人全員集合 nine main characters1号車（クハE234） 高海千歌ちゃん&コロッセオ Carriage no.1 (first carriage in clockwise, Kuha E234) Chika Takami and Colosseum, Rome2号車（モハE234）桜内梨子ちゃん&サンタ・マリア・デッラ・サルーテ聖堂 Carriage no.2 (Moha E234) Riko Sakurauchi and St Maria of Salute Basilica, Venice3号車（モハE235）松浦果南ちゃん&トレビの泉 Carriage no.3(Moha E235) Kanan Matsuura and Trevi Fountain, Rome4号車（サハE235） 黒澤ダイヤちゃん&サン・マルコ広場 Carriage no.4 (Saha E235) Dia Kurosawa and Piazza San Marco, Venice5号車（モハE234） 渡辺曜ちゃん&パリャ橋・ため息橋・ヴェネツィアの運河 Carriage no.5 (Moha E234) You Watanabe and a canal, Ponte della Paglia Bridge and Bridge of Sighs, Venice6号車（モハE235） 津島善子ちゃん&サン・ジョバンニ洗礼堂 Carriage no.6 (Moha E235) Yoshiko Tsushima and St. Giovanni Baptistery, Florence7号車（サハE234） 国木田花丸ちゃん&ピサの斜塔 Carriage no.7 (Saha E234) Hanamaru Kunikida and Leaning Tower of Pisa8号車（モハE234） 小原鞠莉ちゃん&スペイン広場 Carriage no.8 (Moha E234) Mari Ohara and Spanish Steps, Rome9号車（モハE235） 黒澤ルビィちゃん&真実の口 Carriage no.9 (Moha E235) Ruby Kurosawa and Bocca della Verità, Rome僕にとっては、2016（平成28）年以来のE235系の撮影で、この時は量産先行車であるトウ01編成のみ存在していた。トウ01編成以外のE235系を撮影したのも、この日が初めて。また、僕はこれまでにも西武池袋線やテレビシリーズの舞台である静岡県・伊豆半島を走る伊豆箱根鉄道駿豆線のラッピング車両の撮影・乗車はしたことがあったが、山手線のラッピング車両の撮影も今回が初めてであった。これらの車両は車体ラッピングのみであり、ADトレインではなく、車内の中吊り広告、トレインチャンネル・デジタルサイネージは通常の車両と同じものだった。On December 29th, I photographed JR East E235 Series on Yamanote Line having "Love Live! Sunshine!!" anime to advertise the newly-created film version titled "Over the Rainbow" starting to show on January 4th, 2019. From that day to January 21st, 2019, five sets of E235 Series (Tou 05, 13, 17, 25, and 27) is in service with the livery.Though the sets with the livery of the anime have run on Yamanote Line several times, it was the first time that E235 Series have that. The nine main characters or each character against the famous spots in Italy, where the film is set, put on the side of the passenger doors.It was in 2016 that I went shooting E235 Series last time when only Tou 01 set existed. It was the first time for me that not only photographing the mass-manufactured model of E235 Series, but also the train with the anime livery on Yamanote Line.The interior advertisements and videos on LCD of those sets aren't only those of the work.

開業記念日に伊豆急行線を撮る
12月10日は伊豆急行線の開業記念日。静岡県伊豆半島東部の伊東駅～伊豆急下田駅間を結ぶ伊豆急行線は、1961（昭和36）年に開業した。国鉄による東海道本線熱海駅から分岐して下田市とをつなぐ路線計画のうち、財政緊縮策と戦争を理由に計画が頓挫した伊東市～下田市を引き継いで建設された（熱海駅～伊東駅間は1935（昭和10）年から1938（昭和13）年にかけて開業、現在のJR東日本伊東線）。戦後、東京急行電鉄が路線建設の免許を取得し、同社の子会社として設立された伊東下田電鉄が建設を担当した。この会社が今日の伊豆急行である。国鉄の計画を引き継いだことから、国鉄と互換性を持たせた規格を採用すること、国鉄が買い取りを要求してきたらそれに応ずることなどの条件の下で、伊豆急行線は建設された。その12月10日に、僕は伊豆急行線の列車を撮影した。撮影場所は川奈駅から30分ほど歩いたところにそびえる小室山の頂上。山頂へは観光リフトで上る。山頂から川奈駅～富戸駅間を走る伊豆急行線の列車の姿を捕えることができる。この日は2100系電車が3編成すべて稼働しておらず、撮影可能な伊豆急行の車両は8000系電車に限られた。伊豆半島の緑と海（相模湾）を背景に、鉄橋を渡る列車を捕えた。伊豆急行線は、2100系の海側の窓向きの座席が有名であることから、海沿いを走るイメージが強いが、実際には海沿いを走る区間は、片瀬白田駅～今井浜海岸駅間など路線全体のおよそ半分ほどに過ぎない。残り半分は森林やトンネルの中を走る。この写真は、海と森林を両方入れて、海の景色と緑の景色のどちらも美しい伊豆急行線を表現した。December 10th is the anniversary of opening of Izukyu Corporation Izu Kyuko Line.Izu Kyuko Line had been opened in 1961 and runs between Ito Station and Izukyu-shimoda Station along the east coast of Izu Peninsula in Shizuoka Prefecture. Izu Kyuko Line had been built based on the plan of the railway between Atami Station on Tokaido Main Line and Shimoda City, south of the peninsula. Though the section between Atami Station and Ito Station (present JR East Ito Line) had been built between 1935 and 1938, the plan of further than Ito Station had been suspended because of the tight fiscal policy and World War II. After the War, Tokyu Corporation got the license to built the section further than Ito Station.Because of a takeover from Japan National Railway (JNR), Izu Kyuko Line had been built under the same standard of JNR Lines and as a salable assets if JNR had demanded for purchasing it.On that day in 2018, I photographed Izu Kyuko Line train at the top of Mt.Komuro, which is located within 30 minutes on foot from Kawana Station and from which people can see the train running between Kawana Station and Futo Station.On that day, among the carriages belonging to Izukyu Corporation, 8000 Series was only photographable because all of three sets of 2100 Series were out of service. I shot the train running on a bridge against the greenery and Sagami Bay.Izu Kyuko Line is famous for the seatings of 2100 Series facing the sea, but about half of the line spreads not along or near the sea. This photograph features a train in the beautiful scenery both in the forest and along the sea.
