I am in the Spirit.
The Spirit is in me.
I am not in the flesh.
But the flesh is in me.

Unregenerate don't struggle
because they have only one bent
They are bent to the world.
They follow their natural bent.
That's all they know.

because I have two bents
- Spirit and flesh -
Two natures in me.

The more I live in the Spirit
The more I struggle
'cause the battle becomes greater
Like Isaiah cried, "Woe to me!"

But thanks be to God
He is compassionate
He exercises loving kindness
He is merciful and gracious

My broken spirit - my sacrifice to God
A broken and contrite heart
O God, You do not despise

Yes， I wrote this by myself. :)
The last two stanzas are kinda reworded from Scripture， though.

Remember， God is pleased when we offer a broken spirit. He HATES prideful heart， a proud man. Remember that. Your broken heart is aroma to Him. He is close to the broken ones， not arrogant ones.
