The Chief Guest of the function was Dr. Afonso Botelho ( Associate Professor, Rosary College of Commerce & Arts, Navelim). The other invitees who attended the function included Prof. Nelly Rodrigues ( President of Goa Panchayat Mahila Shakti Abhiyan & Zilla Panchayat member), Mr. Constancio Miranda ( sarpanch of V.P. Betalbatim) along with other panchas.
